Kris' P.O.V
I woke up seeing Jess outside our room and standing at the balcony. She was holding onto the railings and looking at the bright and beautiful sky, her 9 months bump is already visible and the doctor told us that she might already give birth anytime but I saw worriedness and sadness in her eyes. I slowly approahed her and hugged her from behind, rubbing her bump a few minutes.
"Hey, what's wrong?" I asked seeing how serious and how deep she was thinking, she shooked her head and flashed a forced smile.
"Come on Jess, you can tell me anything" I said snuggling my head on her neck and tightening my hug a bit, I placed a kiss on her cheeck which gave her a small beam.
"It's just that... a question kept on floating in my mind" she stated, I looked at her in confusion but I remained calm.
"Are we ready for a second child?" She asked looking at me now, her back was already facing the railings of the balcony.
"Jess, why are you thinking about that? Ofcourse we are, is there something wrong?" I asked again, why is she having doubts when she was about to give birth anytime? I placed both of my hnads on her cheeck and raised her head up, her eyes meeting my gaze.
"No, I just remembered Ace, if we're having another child I'm afraid Ace will be left behind" I placed a kiss on her forhead and nose, trying to lighten up the mood.
"No one will be left behind Jess, we're here, we're their parents and we will make sure that everyone will be happy" with that she smiled and placed her head on my chest, I hugged her while she did the same.
"Mommy? Daddy?" We suddenly heard a small voice calling for us, it's Ace.
"Ace, we're here" I said a bit louder since he's busy looking for us inside our room.
"Goodmorning daddy, goodmorning mommy" Ace quickly greeted once he saw us and gave us a warm hug.
Jessica's P.O.V.
"Goodmorning" Kris and I answered in unison.
"Goodmorning baby Bria, have you eaten yet? I can't wait to see you" Ace then placed his hand on my tummy and talked to the child, I felt her kicking but I tried to hide the pain I'm feeling.
"Me either Ace, look, the horizon is beautiful" Kris smiled and pointed at the beautiful sky but I suddenly felt a very sharp pain in my abdomen.
"Kris..."

I opened my eyes and saw no one inside the room, I guess Kris is already down stairs. I went down to the living room and saw nobody there, then I heard laughters coming from the garden.
"Hey, I told you to rest, I'll take care of Bria" Kris suddenly said putting the drinks on the outdoor table in the garden, I smiled and motioned him to be quiet
"Bria, be careful you might get harmed" I heard Ace talking to Bria
"Here look at this, just water them and I'll plant okay?" Ace then ordered his 2 years old sister while planting some flowers?
"Who says planting is a good idea?" I suddenly talked, their attention was now focused on me.
"Mommy!" Ace shouted and ran towards me while Bria remained watering the soil.
"Come here Bria" I called her, she looks at me and smiled, after that she ran towards me.
"Mommy, want milk" Bria suddenly talked, well, she's still learning how to speak.
"You want milk Bria?" I asked correcting her grammar, she nodds her head and nuzzles on my chest. I gav her the bottle that was placed on the outdoor table with the drinks Kris prepared.
"Oh, Ace you're getting bigger and stronger" Kris said when he was standing beside his 8 years old son.
"He's a young man now, want to catch up with your uncles?" I asked smiling at him, Ace nods his head but answered something.
"But I'll just stay here and help you watch Bria" He gave a small pat on Bria's forhead, then we heard a bark.
"Hi, Max" Ace greeted him when he ran out of the house, we'll Max and Bria almost have the same age. Max is the siberian wolfish puppy I gave Ace on his birthday and a baby for Kris, Ace decided to name the dog Max, after the horse who almost got Kris and me killed. But it was all for his mate.
"Even the siberian husky's growing" Kris said, placing his hand on Max's fur.
"Ah, Max needs to take a bath, I'll just get the things there. For the mean time, just pour water all over him" Kris said, Bria was already done drinking her milk so I put her down and gave Ace the hose, but instead of pouring the water over the dog, Ace aimed the water to me.
"Hey Ace that isn't fair!" I shouted, getting the other hose beside the house.
"Mommy!, fun!" I laughed hearing Bria squealling and Max barking, also playing with the water sprinkler.
"Come and get me!" Ace shouted, but I heard some footsteps already coming our way so I aimed at the door and waited for Kris
"Hey what's happening here? Hey! Jess!" Kris shouted when I aimed the water at him, he then ran towards me and hugged me from behind also getting me wet. We remained playing with water until Kris stops us, we'll he's gotten over protective lately but it's fine for me.
"Are you okay now Max?" Kris asked the dog in which he replied by a bark.
"Oh my, I have 3 children to take care of" Kris said while crossing his arms on his chest and looked at the 3 of us, sitting on the couch.
"As if you're not childish" I snickered, he smiled and leaned forward to me
"I'm not because I'm taking care of the 3 you, well 4 of you including Max" Kris continued as he leaned more, our lips almost touching but he suddenly halted and stared at me.
"Daddy, can you just kiss mommy and stop blaberring about nonsense things?" I laughed seeing Ace covering his eyes with his right hand and covering Bria's eyes with his left hand. Kris placed his hand on my check and returned my gaze on him, this time, he didn't waste a second and kissed me passionately. Our kiss lasted for a minute until he decided to pull away.
"Now let's continue this up stairs"
"Kris!" "Daddy!"
