Jessica's P.O.V.
The white ceiling welcomed me when I opened my eyes, the foul smell of the hospital made my head more dizzy and the beeping sound of the heart monitor hurts my ears. A small yet warm hand held my cold ones, I looked at my left and saw a pair of beautiful eyes staring right back at me.
"Hi Mommy!" He greeted with a cheerful smile and a warm embrace. There's no one inside the room except for the both of us, where are they? I slowly lifted myself from the bed and settled my back on the headboard.
"Jess?"
"Dad? What happened?" I asked once I saw dad entering the room.
"You fainted during your press conference and Kris catched you. Everyone made a huge fuss about it and said that you were pregnant with his son. Jess, you don't know how big this problem has already become, and even someone who wasn't supposed to be involved here starts to protect you" he held the remote control and opened the television.

Seems like the Blanc and Eclare heiress has more bomb explosions to do. Yesterday she was rumored to be dating her fellow heir Mr. Kris Wu and was also said to be pregnant with his child but then, this time Reiment Gear's batchelor, Aiden Lee stands his guard.
"I Aiden Lee, would like to let everyone know that I am marrying the heiress of Blanc and Eclare Jessica Jung. We've already arranged this merging for almost 2 years for the benefit of our companies so if anyone would dare to raise another nonsense rumor about her and her son, see you in the court'
Shock and guilt washed over me hearing Aiden's testimony, he wasn't involved nor knows anything about Kris and I so why was he protecting me? Or perhaps using this time to announce the merging of our companies? What was he up to?
