After a while of being Tyler, Alice fell back into the groove of Alice. She finally slipped the note in his locker and took off to home base. He would see it the next day. In the mean time, she opened her phone to a rant from Abigale, one of the girls she had met on instagram. She sent a picture to Alice of an unfiltered version of a photo Tyler had posted on instagram.
Abby: what is this?
Tyler: I don't know where that picture came from
Abby: I found it on tumblr. Is this you? Who are you? Is this all fake?
Tyler: noo...no, it's me I swear. I used to have a snapchat, maybe someone -
Abby: Tyler send me a picture of you right now. Through camera. Not gallery.
Alice clicked her phone to sleep. Lucas and Bella who had been reading over her shoulder gasped.
"What do I do?" She cried, putting her head in her hands.
"You can take a picture of me." Lucas said.
"How will that help?" Alice said.
"Well, you can either tell her you're a crazy little girl catfishing everyone, or, you can pretend to be an insecure adolescent boy who just wanted to seem more attractive."
"Okay " she signed.
Tyler: okay, Abby, I'm going to tell you the entire truth. Please don't be mad.
Lucas sent a picture of himself.
Abigale: Oh
Tyler: I'm sorry I lied to you
Abigale: I love your hair. You're really cute.
Alice flushed with quiet anger. Yeah, I know. She thought.
Tyler: thanks but really I shouldn't have done that to you please don't tell anyone abigale please
Abigale: you're lucky I'm nice.
And she boarded the bus.
