Evie (Bella Hadid) with cigarette in the picture media.

     "Ouch! Your pulling my hair!"

Alice slightly loosens her grip on my hair before resuming brushing through and spraying it with hair spray.

"Sorry I'm trying to figure out which way I want to brush it." She sighs.

"Keep pulling my hair and there will be nothing left to brush." I mind her and I message my scalp with a free hand as the other holds my phone.

"Low bun, part in the middle that's all. I don't see what's so complicated."

I hear an over dramatic gasp but I choose to ignore and look back at my phone.

My palms are sweaty from nervousness but I'm not completely sure as to why I'm nervous. I mean I have nothing too be nervous about. I'm going to a party with my friend for a friend and where I know almost everyone.

Your nerves are because of him.

Him?

Alex? No.

Your happy that your seeing him but that's why your nervous as well.

Shaking the thought from my brain and I here the door open followed by a voice.

"Do I look okay? Ana barges in adjusting her dress and checking her make up in the large bathroom mirror.

Told you I was going with a friend.

I nod smiling as Alice finishes my hair. "You look dazzling." And she was. Ana was wearing a silver sequin slip dress that ended at her upper thigh.

Her worried look is now turning into a smile as she stops adjusting the straps over her shoulders.

"Thank you Evie and so do you.....so far." I follow her gaze as she looks me up and down in my robe.

"Thank you Alice." I say as she finishes and I nearly jump out of my seat.

I run over to the egg shell colored garment bag that lies on a chair in Ana's bedroom and before anyone can object I grab it taking with me as I close the door for privacy.

Beautiful

Can't argue with that. This dress was beautiful. The dress was mostly black but some parts were sheer which meant it was slightly see through as well.

He'll definitely like this.

I don't care. I don't know why my brain keeps focusing on him but it doesn't matter. I do not care.

Slipping on the dress and some black heels to match I walk out of the bedroom but not before I grab my clutch as well.

Ana stands glancing down at her phone waiting for me downstairs and when I do I hear her sigh with a smile as she carelessly flips her hair over her shoulders.

"You look nice." She compliments quirking an eyebrow up. She doesn't talk further but instead grabs my forearm and drags me out the door and into the limo.

New York, New York. That's where the party is. It's farther into the city at a night club that Asher's father owns.

Men with cameras were swarming the joint but I think security has it under control. We both step out the limo with me first and Ana following. Her arm is looped with mine as we walk towards the club trying not to look into the camera flashes.

'Evie! Evie is your relationship with Alex Dalloway confirmed?'

'Evie! Your boyfriend has already arrived.'
