Chapter Ten-

The Princess And The Pop Singer.

“Katie, please stop running around Blake's apartment like your on crack!” I yelled chasing after her into Blake's bed room.

“Catch me if you can Dree- Dree!” Katie yelled back to me as she ran into Blake's room. She climbed over his bed and stood opposite of me.

“Katie, calm down. Now.” I tell her sternly. She looks at me and giggles while shaking her head no. “If I get to 5, I’m jumping over the bed to get you.” I warned her. She stuck her tongue out at me.

“1.” I say slowly as I begin to count. “2..... 3...... 4.....” I trail off waiting for her to walk over to me.

“5!” I yell out as I jump over the bed and try to tackle her. She runs toward the door giggling. Before she runs out of it she turns around and shouts over her shoulder, “Miss me, miss me now you got to kiss me!”

I groan and walk out of the room and into the kitchen, giving up. I pull out a kitchen chair and plop down into it resting my head in my arms that lie on the table top.

“Tired?” I hear Blake ask me amused, I just look up and glare at him.

“I said no candy, or sugar for a reason.” I tell him kind of pissed off. I give him one simple rule to obey and he ignored it. He smiles sheepishly and Katie comes dancing into the kitchen and goes straight over to Blake.

“Blake-y, let's do your make-up!” she yells at the top of her lungs with a smile on her face.

I look over at her confused, unless Blake had make-up – which I hoped he didn't – I didn't know how this was possible.

“Katie, how is that going to happen, you don't have make-up.” I tell her rolling my shoulders back. She runs into the living room and comes back into the kitchen with a very familiar looking bag.

I stood up and she backed away from me. I took another step towards her and she backed away again.

“Whose make-up is that?” I ask her pointing toward the red and black stripped make-up bag. I couldn't tell if it was mine or if it were my mothers since she got us matching bags when she was in New York.

Katie held the bag up to her face to examine it. She shrugged her shoulders before lowering them down.

“I found it in the bathroom, you know the rules; finders keepers losers weepers.” she tells me as if she's reprimanding a small child.

I stare at her shocked. She thinks I’m the one who needs to be reprimanded? Maybe my sister was crazier than I thought.

“Can I see what's in it?” I ask her nicely.

If this was our mom's make-up bag, then we were in trouble. Big trouble.

“Okay, but you have to give it back to me. Promise?” she asks me pouting.

I give her a smile and cross my fingers behind my back. “Promise.”

I look through it and see it's my make-up bag, I breath a sigh of relief for a quick second, until I see this bag is filled with all my expensive make-up.

“So what where you going to with the make-up?” I manage to ask her calmly. I was far from calm though.

How did she manage to get my make-up bag out of the house without me knowing it?

“I want to do Blakey's make-up.” she says with a smile. I look over to Blake who's shaking his head and mouthing no to me. I give him a reassuring smile and turn away from him.
