~Millicent~

Ding dong

The sound distracted us from our intense moment. It took me a second to realize my reality and not my little world with Donovan. It was the pizza.

"I'll be right there!" I shouted when s/he rang again. I was searching and looking for my top. "Don, where's my shirt?"

He started searching for it too, but found nothing. "I don't know. Just wear mine." he tossed his shirt to me and I caught it. Without hesitation, I put the over-sized shirt on and answered the door.

"M-Millicent?" he tried to pronounce my name. I nodded, took the pizza and paid him. He looked me up and down, taking in my messy hair and large shirt hanging past my shoulder.

"So... Do you have anyone to share that pizza with?" he asked flirtatiously. I was extremely disgusted. He was covered in pimples and was at least three years younger than me. But before I could tell him off, Don was behind me with his arms around my waist.

"Is this kid bothering you, babe?" he asked me. To be incredibly honest, he sounded extremely hot. I decided to play along with his game so I nodded.

He turned to the kid and said, "Beat it before I kick your ass."

"Sorry, bro." the pizza guy said and practically ran over to his car.

Donovan closed the door, took the pizza from my hands and set it on the coffee table. I immediately started laughing. He laughed too.

"Why are you laughing?" he said, pretending to be oblivious and stifling his laughter.

"You scared the shit outta that kid, babe."  I emphasized the word, secretly loving it.

He just smiled and went into the kitchen. I decided to be cute so I followed him into the kitchen. I saw him in the cabinets searching for I don't know what. I wrapped my arms around his waist and hugged him. He took my hands into his.

"Where are your plates?" he asked.

"The pantry." I answered. He began to walk towards the pantry across the room, but stopped when I hadn't let go of him.

"What are you doing?" he asked chuckling. I just hugged him tighter. He started to laugh. "I can't move, Milly." I just kept hugging him. "You asked for it." He then lifted me up so my stomach was on his shoulder. I let out a scream laced with giggles.

"Don, put me down!" I said, still laughing.

He grabbed plates and napkins with his free hand. He still didn't let me go.

"You better not drop me," I told him.

"Woah. W-woah." he pretended to lose his balance.

"Oh my god, stop." I said.

He then pretended to drop me, immediately putting his grip back onto my thighs. I screamed.

"That wasn't funny, Donovan!" I said laughing.

He laughed even harder. "Then why are you laughing?" he asked.
