Chapter 16

Wednesday
Mackenzie's POV

"So your not going to give me a kiss then?" Sammy whined behind me.

"Sammy I told you I think I'm coming down with something" I said funnier since I was loosing my voice.

"I don't care"

"Well I do, I don't want to get you sick"

"So how long is this going to be for?" Sammy crossed his arms upset.

"Just until my fever goes away" I kissed his cheek slightly and closed my locker.

"Can I at least hold you hand?"

"Yes babe, you can hold my hand" I wrapped my fingers around his.

Sammy and I walked out of school for lunch and I to the parking lot. We had planned on going to The Cafe since I needed caffeine and I was starving as usual.

"Alright so coffee and a ham and cheese sandwich right?" Sammy asked before hopping out of the car. I waited in his car while he went in to get our food.

I flipped through Instagram and then Twitter just wasting the seconds until Sammy came back in.

"Natalia said hi" he handed me the brown paper bag.

Sammy made his way back to school so we could eat in the parking lot like we did a bunch of other times before.

He parked in one of the spots farthest from the entrance to school so no one could see us. The front of the school was empty since mostly everyone was either in class or put to lunch.

"I'm going to be right back I have to go make a quick phone call" Sammy said as we got out of the car. I grabbed the bag of food and walked out to the front of the car so we could eat on the hood.

I looked down for literally two seconds and then I heard soft footsteps in front of me.

"Can we talk?" Arabella crossed her arms in front of her.

"About?"

"Alright come on, don't act like you don't know"

"Don't know about what?"

"About the whole Jack leaving thing. You know I'm really pissed that you didn't tell me"

"Well I'm sorry that wasn't my fault. Jack should have been the one to say something" I stood up directly in front of Sammy's jeep.

"Or you could have said something"

"I'm not going to fucking stand here and listen to you yell at me for something I clearly didn't do wrong"

"YOU DIDNT DO ANYTHING WRONG? YOU ALWAYS DO EVERYTHING WRONG. YOUR SISTER, YOUR BOYFRIEND, EVERYTHING, YOU ONLY CARE ABOUT YOURSELF" she said louder. "You go around acting like you care but you don't, you act like you do for self satisfaction!" She said harshly.

It all hurt so much that way she said that to me.

"YOUR SUCH A SHALLOW BITCH YOU KNOW THAT, YOU HAVE NO EMOTIONS" I screamed back.

"At least I don't cry every time something goes wrong in my relationship! it gets annoying after a while, did you know that!"
