Chapter Eighteen
Harry's POV
We've been writing for hours now, considering its nine o'clock. We managed to write half of our first song, and it's only our first day. Ariel moved from the piano to the couch about an hour ago. She's been quiet come to think of it. I looked over my right shoulder to see a sound asleep angel, lips slightly parted, continuous breaths. I chuckled at the sight, she's got her music sheets one and with a pencil in the right.
I stood up from my place and walked towards her. I sat down on the edge of the couch, caressing her cheek.
"Ariel.." I spoke softly, trying not to be loud. I called her name a few more times, and when that failed, I tried a new tactic. I kissed her cheek, followed by the tip of her nose. She steered slightly, but didn't wake from her deep slumber. I kissed both corners of her mouth, watching her eyes burrow. I hovered my lips over hers, and spoke her name, causing my lips to brush over hers. Her eyes fluttered a bit, before her eyelids parted a little. When her eyes registered it was me, a smile rose on the corners of her mouth, and she leaned in. Before our lips connected, I pulled back.
"Payback, love." I said almost a whisper with humor in my voice. She pouted for a bit, before stretching.
When she nestled back down, she looked at me with a slight smile. "You're such a tease." She stated.
"You haven't experienced tease yet baby." I told her with a smirk, winking at her. She blushed immediately at my words, cheeks turning a shade of crimson. I laughed when she shrugged my shoulder playfully.
"Come on, lets go."
We gathered our things an walked out our office, making our way to the front. Before we walked out the door, I heard someone clear there throat, obviously wanting attention. My head turned in the direction to see the front receptionist intently staring at me. I noticed from the corner of my eye, that Ariel didn't know I stopped, so I rushed to catch up with her.
Who ever that woman was, I don't know her, but seems like she knows me..
Once we reached the elevator at the apartment, I cradled a sleepy Ariel into my arms. She was exhausted. The familiar ding informed me we were in level three. Once we were inside, I placed Ariel on our bed, sitting up her.
"Baby, change clothes before you fall asleep." I told her. She groaned but did so anyway. She stood up, and pulled her jeans off, along with her shirt. She was too tired to notice that she was undressing in front of me. My heart rate accelerated at once. Her skin looked so smooth, soft. Her stomach was flat, but she wasn't extremely skinny. Perfect lightly tanned legs that were long and slender. I have to calm myself before I think any further.
She made her way to the dresser, pulling on a pair of her Nike sweats and a white t shirt of mine. If she was dressed to a T, or in baggy clothes, she was always breathtaking. Her long dirty blonde hair cascaded down her back, which had a slight wave to it, before she pulled it up into a high ponytail.
She turned towards me, our eyes locking, both of us with a blank expression on our face, but everything was said in our eyes. She looks down at herself blushing, and I knew what she was thinking. I took slow steps towards her, placing my hand gently under her chin, making her eyes lock with mine
"I would understand you putting your head down if you were beautiful. But you shouldn't. You're more than beautiful. Words can't describe how much." I told her with a serious tone, but not demanding. She looked at me longingly. I placed a soft kiss to her lips, before taking her hands in mine and leading her to the bed. She took her side while I changed out of my jeans and button up.
