Chapter 7: Zack's Photoshoot

November 12, 2013, a week and two days after the visiting the beach

*~~Zack's P.O.V.~~*

Juliet, Maddie, Matt and I are currently at my workplace, and I am scared and nervous as HELL! I've never been this nervous because of a stupid photoshoot. It's because Juliet is here. Ok here's a flashback at what happened during lunchtime at college today:

*Flashback*

It all started when Maddie asked, "Hey Zack, can we see how you work?"

Then Matt joined in, "Yeah! That'd be so cool."

I was going to say no, because this week I'm working with the model Alice Candy Cooper. They say she's famous for her Victoria Secrets modeling, but hey, I'm not the type that looks through Victoria Secrets magazine...or any magazine. Anyway, there's a new line (magazine) called DENiAL! and the people want Alice and I to be on the pages. We're supposed to be advertising this new summer clothing thing. But then I saw Juliet's enthusiastic eyes and how could I say no.

"Man, why are you quiet? We're going with you, whether you like it or not. I need that video from your manager, your drunk dance." Matt said.

*End of Flashback*

So here I am shirtless and waiting for Aileen. Then Aileen walks in wearing a bra-like top and jean shorts. I look over to where my friends are. Oh no, their faces just add another knot in my stomach. Maddie and Juliet look shock, I think there's pain in Juliet's eyes, but I bet that's my imagination playing with me. Matt gives me a smirk and goes off, probably to find Lisa. Gosh, I always hated these types of photoshoot and now that Juliet is watching me, I just want the ground to swallow me up.

The camerawoman gave Aileen and I instructions to do that hugging crap and you know the sexy poses to make it look like that we're a couple.

*~~Juliet's P.O.V.~~*

I wish we never came. I wish we never came. I FREAKING WISH I NEVER CAME. That girl over there is so beautiful and sexy, and a model, while me, I'm plain and just an ordinary girl. But I can't move, my feet are rooted to the ground.

I never thought myself to be the jealous type, but at the moment I wanted to attack that girl.

An hour, or what feels like one, has passed when the camerawoman finally spoke, "You two are perfect, these pictures are amazing. Now how about we wrap this up with a kiss." The world just seemed to stop. The girl, I think her name is Alice, she is already puckering her lips. I can't watch this, I close my eyes, then I hear shuffling. I open one eye to see Zack walking away, when he was about to turn the knob he said, "I don't do kissing, especially when I don't know the girl. The only people I would kiss is family members, but they only would get a kiss on the cheek. The only girl who would get a kiss on the lips would be my girlfriend." With that, Zack walked out the door.

Everyone looked stunned, except Matt, he just came back from getting the video from Lisa. Zack returned wearing his hoodie with headphones and grey jeans.

"Come on, we're going home. Today isn't the best day you guys chose to see a photoshoot." Zack told us with his back turned.

We climbed in Zack's car, me in the passenger seat as usual, and music instantly started playing. When I saw Maddie's and my driveway, we heard Zack apologize, "I'm sorry, maybe I'll invite you all to another photoshoot." Zack buried his face on the wheel, and Matt looked relieved, "Naw, man, we forced you to bring us to your stupid photoshoot. We're the ones that should be apologizing. Sorry, but yeah another day would be nice."

"Sorry Zacky, can you forgive me." Maddie said with her puppy eyes.

I apologized as well, "Sorry Zack." and I gave him a kiss on the cheek. Then Maddie got out of the backseat and gave him a kiss on the cheek, too.

Zack let out a sigh of relief, "Of course I forgive you all, what kind of arsehole would I be not forgiving my friends. No scratch that best friends." Zack's gray orbs shone with happiness.

"Hell yeah! Now take me home, see you girls tomorrow." Matt said, getting in the passenger seat, then playing Beautiful in Blue. Then Zack drove away.

"You like Zack." Madison's sudden comment caught me off guard and there I was, blushing like a fool. But I would be a bigger fool if I lied to Mads.

I turned towards her and let out a sigh, "Yes I do. I know I know, how foolish of me." Then I unlocked our door.

She just let out a giggle and I think she whispered, "I knew it, I win~."

*~~Zack's P.O.V.~~*

Music was playing when Matt spoke, "You like Juliet, don't you?" and he gave me his stupid lopsided smile.

We just reached Matt's home, and I stepped on the brake so hard because of his...comment...which is true.

"Woah there, don't kill me because I speak the truth." And Matt feigned a hurt look, with his hand over his heart.

I glared at him, but then felt my face burning, burying my face in the steering wheel I answered, "Yeah, I do, now go home."

Matt's face softened, "That's good, you two would look adorable with each other." He gave me a wink then got out the car.
