Me: How do I do this?

Worry: If you don't ask, you'll get a bad grade.

Anxiety: No. Don't get up. Everyone will watch you and the teacher will think you're stupid.

Worry: YOU MUST ASK OR YOU'LL FAIL!!!

Me: *gets up and goes to teacher and teacher is busy with another student*

ADHD: Seriously??? Yell at the teacher and tell him how it was hard to get up the nerve to ask the question! You can't wait! If he isn't done in five seconds, do it!

Me: *goes back to the seat, barely able to resist the urge. Gives up on homework and goofs off*

Depression: Now you'll get a bad grade and your parents will be mad. Life isn't worth living when you get bad grades and you have ADHD.

That's kind of what goes on inside of my head at school when I don't know how to do something.
