Update: still haven't cut again. I think the urge is gone for today although I wouldn't be surprised if it came back. If you want I could post a picture everyday so you could hold me accountable. I'm afraid I'll do it and I won't tell you out of shame. Unless you think it will be triggering. I don't want to hurt any of you. Maybe I should do it in its own book? Let me know.
