So on the way home from our trip, we went to my doctor. We didn't even go home first. We talked for an hour because my parents found out (they read this book. I left my tablet screen on), and all that's going to happen is that we're going to increase the dosage of my social anxiety meds. Apparently they are usually prescribed as antidepressants. Whew!
