I could be considered contralto, alto, or soprano. My vocal range is from D3 to A5. I can barely hit the A5, but I could sing any part. I tested my range. Contralto only goes to F3, not any lower.
My range is everything in the picture, so 2 1/2 octaves. I don't get to use the lower part of my voice often in choir :/
