Garroth and I were just outside of the Oh'kasis gates and it was getting dark "let's get a room at the inn before turning me in please" Garroth asked
"But why we're so close" I said walking through the gates
"I want one more night with you before they kill me" he said stopping me
I took a step back "w-what their going to k-kill you" I said looking into his icy blue eyes
"Yea, you don't think they let the lord in training run away without a punishment do you" he said pulling me gently towards the inn
"Wait your the lord in training, why would they kill you then" I say as we step into the inn
"My father likes my little brother more and would prefer if he became lord, so they're going to kill me in private say I commented Suicide" he said, Garroth turned toward the innkeeper "one room please"
"Ok then your in room 2498 here is your key" the innkeeper said
As we walk towards our room I say "but you would be a great lord why did you run away in the first place"
"My father arranged a marriage and I wasn't about to marry someone I didn't love" he said opening the door when we got to the room
"Well let's get to bed" I say, when we walk in we see there is only one bed "oh come on"
"I'll sleep on the floor" Garroth said
"No we can just get on opposite side of the bed" I said jumping on my side of the bed
"Ok if you say so" he says laying down be side me, we went to sleep, I was just thankful to have a bed
~la next morning because nothing happened~
When I woke up I was wrapped in Garroth's arms again, he wasn't awake so I went back to sleep.
When I opened my eyes Garroth was doing his best to fake sleep but failed "ok stop trying I know your awake"
"It worked last time, I was awake way before you and was able to fake it the first time" he grinned and laughed a little
"I was still half asleep so that doesn't count, why are you trying to fake sleep anyway" I asked reaching up to mess with his hair, I would miss that ugh brain why, because you love him and you know it, can I stop it, nope your stuck with this feeling. All the time I was arguing with myself I hadn't realized I was staring at Garroth
"Are you ok Aph your staring" he grinned like he won something "did I make you fall in love"
I blushed and said "n-n-no, m-maybe, I don't know" I looked away
He put a finger under my chin and lifted my head so I was looking into his eyes "that feeling you can't describe I have it to, I love you Aphmau" he said sitting up "and I will never stop loving you"
I took a deep breath "I-I l-love you to" I stuttered, he kissed me and I kissed him back.
Then we got up and headed to the lords house guards then surrounded us "I'm here for the bounty" I say holding up to peace of paper
"Well then we will escort you to the lord for your bounty, thank you for bringing him hunter" the first guard said starting in the house "my lord this bounty hunter has brought your son back"
"Well then give her the money and leave me and my son" he said, a guard gave me a bag full of money and said to get out, so I "left", I really snuck around and found a guard with an axe to the back of Garroth's neck.
