Garroth POV
I was disappointed in Aphmau, I could never be mad at her, but I was disappointed, she was changing everything about herself to fit in
She piled on the makeup, wore cloths that were not appropriate, dating a jerk who abuses her, and she was ignoring me in school because people said I would make her not popular
I turned a corner and saw the devil himself.....Laurance, he had Aph pinned against the wall and hate was plastered on his face
"YOUR CHEATING ON ME AND I KNOW IT" he screamed at her
"No I'm not, why would I cheat on you" she whimpered and coward away
"YOUR CHEATING ON ME WITH THAT STUPID GARROTH KID" he continued to yell, he raised a fist and was ready to punch her
I had seen quite enough of this, I ran at laurance, taking my bag off I swong it at him, hitting him square on the side of the head
He fell to the ground unconscious, do to the fact I always carried my books instead of leaving them in my locker
"Garroth why did you do that" Aph asked looking at laurance in concern and fear
"He was going to hurt you, and I wasn't going to let that happen" I said throwing my bag back over my shoulder
"Well thanks, I needed help" she said looking at me "you know what" she smiled "give me a piece of paper please" I grabbed a piece of paper and handed it to her
She took out a pen and started to write "what are you writing Aph" I asked, her smiled widened as I said her nickname
"This" she said holding up a note, it said:
Dear jerk face,
This is Aphmau, and all I have to say is I'm breaking up with you, so if you try to talk to me again, I warn you
I've got friend who can kick your butt if need be, also thanks for teaching me how to punch, turns out that will come in handy

I looked at Aph confused "I'm breaking up with laurance he's a jerk anyway" she said
I grinned at her, folding the paper I placed it so when laurance comes to he can read it for himself
I looked back at Aph and smiled, she returned the smile and took my hand, I blushed as she pulled me to our first period and I could only think one thing
Gosh I love this girl
