Aphmau POV
I jumped from roof to roof trying to decide, who's the richest, I thought to myself looking at the "mansion" on top of the hill "Perfect" I said
I have a slight whistle and jumped as high as possible, I felt claws wrap around my arms as my wyverin Tahallah picked me up and carried me towards the giant house
She dropped my near the chimney, pulling my black hood over my head I jumped down
When I half way down the chimney I noticed the fire was going, taking the Iron claws I had out of my pockets, I jabbed them into the side if the stone and stopped dead just a foot above the fire
I heard people talking so I decided to listen in "Dad why do I have to date Nicole" a husky British voiced asked
"Because, now put the fire out and go to bed" a deeper less British voice said
"Yes father" the British one said sounding irritated
In less than a minute a bucket of water was thrown onto the fire and smoke filled the chimney
I tried to hold back the cough that wanted to escape and I failed, the cough came, deep, raspy, and it hurt my chest to breath
"What the" a voice said, I looked down and saw a boy with sandy blonde hair looking up at me
I tried to climb back up the chimney but he grabbed my foot and yanked me back down, before I could whistle for Tahallah to come and get me he put a hand over my mouth
He dragged me to what I suspect was his room and put a gag in my mouth, he sat me in a chair and tied me down
"Who are you" he asked angrily, and I gave him a look that said 'really' because he forgot to take out the gag
I tried to say Aphmau but it came out as "aghnou" and I kept giving him the really look
"Right" he groaned "if you scream this gag is going back in and I'm calling the police" he pulled the gag out and burp escaped my mouth
"Excuse me" I said "anyway my name is Aphmau"
"Why are you here" he asked putting a finger in my face
"To check your chimney, why do you think here" I said flipping my hair
"Well it looked like you were trying to rob us" he said simply
"Well aren't you a genius, hey everyone look it's captain obvious, can I have your autograph" I said sarcastically
"Don't play around, I'm being completely serious" he said
"I'm just shocked you haven't called the cops yet, usually that's the first thing people do" I said squirming in the uncomfortable chair
He untied me "Well I was taught to love my enemies" he said "my name is Garroth by the way"
He went and sat down on his bed "um ok" he put his headphones on, laid down, and started humming and bobbing
He was a really confusing boy, but in all honestly I wanted to know what song he was listening to, so I flicked his face
He took one headphone off and looked at me "What" he asked
"Watcha listenin to" I asked in the sweetest tone I could put on
"Jump" he said (play song) "here listen" he said unplugging the headphones so the song could play
As the song played I remembered a long, long, time ago (in a galaxy far way?) I was playing with a boy in my old hometown of Phoenix, trying to remember what the boy looked like I pictured him in my mind
The boy had sandy blonde hair and icy blue eyes, like Garroth here, and I remembered the boys name was Gerroth maybe, anyway I remember singing this song with the boy, we had a special way of singing it though
"Kriss kross will make you" he said
"Jump jump" I said quickly
"Uh huh" he said looking at me confused
"Uh huh" I said "jump jump" I started to smile at his confusion
Garroth POV
I swear this girl looks like the Aphmau I knew from a long time ago, so I started to sing the song "Kriss kross will make you" I said for the second time
"Jump jump" she said quickly giving a little hop
Then it hit me, we were singing this song the way Aphmau and I used to when we were young
I turned the music down and the smile on her face disappeared, I don't know why but I wanted the smile back
She cleared her throat "So is this song special to you in any way" she asked
"Yes me and a great friend always sang it together, but in a special way" I said
Aphmau POV
I knew it this had to be the boy from the park a long time ago but I had to question further just in case "So this friend what was she or he like" I asked
"She had the brightest smile, dark Raven hair, shunning hazel eyes, she could always make me laugh" he said smirking, he paused for a minute "come on you should know yourself Aphmau"
I gasped this was the boy, I pulled him into a tight hug, he hugged back and a giggled escaped my lips "It's been so long I thought I would never see you again" I said
"Same here" he said "just don't ever leave again"
I was so thankful I had my best friend back, there was nothing better I could have asked for
