Jimmy was finally starting to sober up. It was about midnight and he was only a little tipsy.

"How are you feeling, sweetie?"

"Uhh," he cleared his throat. "Not too bad. I actually don't feel drunk at all."

"Okay. Do you want to try and get something to eat?"

"Not really, but I guess I should. We need to get to sleep soon too. We have that meeting with Lorne in the morning and if he sees that we're hung over, its not going to help anything."

"Damn. Good thinking. I don't think the party is going to end anytime soon, so want to just go back to your place and sleep?"

"Yeah. I'd like that a lot." He smiled as he brought his hand up to my face and booped my nose with his pointer finger. He giggled and slowly shifted and got up. He stumbled a little bit, but after that, he was just fine. He put his arm around my shoulders and squeezed me and have me a kiss right on the side of my head.

I knew he wasn't feeling his best, but we had to talk about what Seth had said to me.

"So. Seth Meyers."

He looked down at me, "Yeah! What about him?"

"Well, when he came in here to help me with you, he told me--"

We both were startled by everyone screaming outside the door just ahead of us. Both of us looked at each other, wide eyed, and ran for the door to see what the hell was happening. Jimmy pushed me in the back of him to protect me and he ripped open the door. I couldn't see over him. He stood between the door and the door frame and looked back at me and said, "You're not going to believe this..."

At that point, I couldn't tell if he was the good kind of amazed or shocked. I pushed him to the side and saw everyone clapping and cheering and jumping up and down. Everyone was rushing out of the room and out the door. Jimmy and I followed them to see what was going on. People were cramming onto the elevators and heading up the steps as fast as they could to the roof of the building. As we got to the roof with everyone else, I couldn't even believe what I was seeing. There in front of me waving to me was, of course, Bruce Springsteen, Jon Bon Jovi, Justin Timberlake, Harry Connick Jr., and Phil Collins. They were only 5 of the best singers that I had ever heard. Jimmy and I were just screaming and jumping up in air with our hands intertwined.

"How ya'll doin' tonight?!" Harry screamed into a microphone. The crowd screamed back a little louder than Harry expected and he was a little taken aback. They all looked at each other with wide eyes and let out a few laughs.

Bruce stepped up to the mic and said, "Well, shit! Looks like we have some fans here."

Jon came up to the mic and said into it, "Jess, thanks for having us all out tonight in the greatest city on earth." I cheered and gave him thumbs up. He continued, "As a thank you for all that you've done for this world and how you've changed all our lives for the better, would you care to come up and join us?" I looked back at Jimmy and he screamed over the crowd, "Get your cute ass up there!"

I walked to the front of the stage and Phil grabbed my one arm and Harry grabbed the other. I got up there and hugged both of them. All of us gathered in a circle to discuss which song we wanted to sing.

Timberlake piped up, "Guys. Its perfect. This is Jess's night. She's a fantastic and remarkable girl. Bruce, Born to Run." Everyone shook their heads in agreement and we broke the circle. I came up to the mic and dressed everyone.

"Hey everyone!" I waited for the cheering to settle. "Thanks for coming out tonight and making this night one of the most memorable nights in history. We have quite a line up here, but the first song is going to have to be 'Born to Run'." Everyone just lost their shit at that point.
