SKYLARS P.O.V.
I woke up the next morning to be in Nathan's bed, but without Nathan. I turned over to his dresser and noticed it was 10:30AM, damn. I jumped out of Nathan's bed and walked slowly down his stairs to only smell bacon and hear the sound of the kettle on the stove. I walked down the rest of the stairs and into the kitchen where Nathan was stood shirtless with his pajama bottoms on.
"Morning," I greeted him. Nathan turned around and immediately smiled when he saw me.
"Hey!" He replied as he walked over to me and hugged me, kissing my forehead in the process.
"What are you making?"
"Bacon sandwiches actually, are you hungry?" He asked. I nodded as I took a seat in the stool at the bar. Nathan went back over into the kitchen and got two mugs out and the tea bags before pouring the hot water into the mugs and dipping the tea bags in. He slid one of the mugs my way and I wrapped my hands around the mug as it warmed my hands.
"So what are we going to do today?" Nathan asked with a smirk on his face. I looked outside and noticed it was pouring rain outside. Just then a big burst of thunder erupted into the air and scared Nathan and I. We weren't exactly scared of thunderstorms, the thunder just scared us in the moment. Nathan finished the sandwiches and we sat and ate.
"I think it would be save to say to stay inside, but since when were we 'safe' people?" I asked Nathan, which made him chuckle. We both finished our sandwiches quickly and Nathan went to get dressed for the day.
"I'll give you some clothes," Nathan told me, so I followed him into his room where he handed me some denim skinny jeans and a grey sweater with a white 'N' on the front. I ran into one of Nathan's other bathrooms and got dressed quickly and he was already ready also.
"Lets go!" He cheered as he grabbed my hand and we walked out onto the porch and smiled at each other before he ran out into the rain, tugging my along by my hand as we both laughed and ran down the street.
******* AFTER VISITING TOWN & BACK ******
Nathan and I were heading back to his house when he stopped in the middle of the street and faced me. We were both soaked from the rain and we were cold, but didn't care since we were distracted by each others company.
Nathan smiled and laughed as he looked down at the ground.
"What?" I asked giggling.
"I-I always wondered how special a kiss in the rain is," he responded. I reached up and connected my lips with his for a moment before pulling away and smiling, waiting for his reaction.
"Nothing special, just cliché," he replied back, making me laugh before we ran ingot he house.

I AM SOOOOOO SORRY FOR NOT UPDATING LAST MONDAY!! :(
I was on vacation and I thought the place had wi-fi, and it did but it needed a password and the lady that let us rent it never gave the password to us and never returned are calls when we tried calling. :(
On the plus side, you get TWO chapters today! Yay! But once again, I'm sorry for not updating. :(
