I fell to the ground and was trying to get up but I had lost so much blood that I was to weak. Aaron then came up to me and picked me up into his arms. He started to carry me towards the house

"Wait, what about Damon" I said in a weakened voice

"He can take care of himself. And don't worry, from the looks of it, he's kicking ass" he said still carrying me to the house

When we got in the house he set me on the couch and got water for me to drink. He then looked at my neck

"Okay well, you have a cut on your right side and then you have the bite on your left. The cut is pretty deep, and the bite is deep" he said and then my phone get a message. Aaron handed it to me

Stefan: Sorry Macy! I'm spending the night at Elena's. I completely forgot about the food! But I promise to make it up to you

Me: It's fine, after about 20 minutes we figured that so we cooked up some stuff. It's not a big deal! Cya tomorrow

I don't want to ruin his night with Elena so I figured I would tell him tomorrow

Damon then walked threw the door and got a bottle of scotch and sat down in the arm chair.

"I guess the only way to heal you is vampire blood" Aaron said turning to Damon. Damon set the bottle down and was about to bite his wrist but I stopped him

I sat up slowly and swung my feet over the edge of the coach. The pain was mostly in my head and neck

"Um..that's not gonna work" I said in a low voice

"What?" They both said at the same time

"It's not my fault. Stefan made me drink coffee with vervain in it. And we all know that vampire blood can't heal with vervain in the system" I said looking at the floor

"Well that's Stefan for you, always being over protective" Damon said in a low voice

"I'm sorry Macy, but I have to go. I have to pick up a few things. I'll text you" he said getting up

"Wait, Aaron"

"Yeah" he said turning around

"Thanks for saving me and I'm sorry for what I did" I said looking into his eyes

"No problem, and it's fine. I understand why you did what you did. Lets just say you owe me one" he grinned and I laughed a little then he said goodbye and left

Me and Damon sat there in silence for a few minutes before I broke the silence

"Stefan said he's staying at Elena's place tonight and that he's sorry about not bringing the food" I said looking at him

"Oh, he's with Elena" he said in a low voice

"Are you seriously jealous?" I said with a little smile

"What are you talking about?" He said

"You know what I'm talking about" I said and I saw him smile a little. That's when my heart sank, I don't know why but I wanted him to deny it.

"Did you tell Stefan about what happened" he said looking at me

"No. Not yet" I said looking at the floor

He then got up and started walking to the door

"I'm heading upstairs" he said.

"Damon wait" I said standing up. He turned around and looked at me. But when I stood up the pain was over whelming and I was about to fall but I caught myself on the arm of the couch. I took a deep breath and walked over to him
