"So, how do you know Katherine" Damon asked

"Oh, Katherine is a very old friend" she said

"How long have you known her?" I asked

"Many years, to many to count" she said

I then realized something very familiar about her. But I couldn't tell what it was

"So you know her" Damon said

"Yes, very much" the women said

It then clicked.

"You're Amy. Katherine's friend back in 1864" I said

The women then smirked

"I'm surprised you remembered me cupcake" she said in a different voice

"How could I forget. I mean you were the one who helped kill my parents" I said with anger

"Yeah sorry about that" she said in a sarcastic tone

"So why are you helping Katherine" Damon asked

"I'm just owing an old favor. I would do anything for my best friend" she said

"Yeah, what exactly does she want" I said

"You'll have to dig a little deeper honey." She said smirking

I was about to say something but she then disappeared

I went back inside

"Katherine probably sent that women to show us that she has people working for her" I said

"This day just keeps getting better" Damon said sarcastically

I then put my hand on his cheek

"Hey, we're going to be okay. We always get threw it" I said smiling

I pulled him into a hug

"One problem at a time" he said

"Yes. But you know what I would really like" I said pulling back

"And what is that" he said

"If today could be normal. No tomb vampires, no Katherine, no people coming after us. Just a normal day" I said

"Then that's what you're going to get" he said smiling

He then took my hand and lead me out the door to his car

"Where are we going" I asked

"You'll see" he said opening the passenger seat

I got in and so did he. He started the car then drove off

We drove out of Mystic Falls and down the road for about twenty minutes then he pulled over to the side of the rode and got out

"Where are we?" I asked looking around

All I could see for miles was hills and fields

"Trust me" he said holding out a hand

I placed my hand in his

"Hold on tight" he said pulling me close

We then started to move at vampire speed and everything went by in a blur

"Okay, here we are" he said

I looked around and we were on top of a hill that looked over a waterfall and rolling hills

"It's beautiful" I said

"I knew you'd like it" he said grinning

He then kissed me on the cheek
