29.The wicked drive

I woke up and saw that I was in a car and I looked next to me to see Stefan driving

"Stefan what's going on" I said

He just ignored me

I shook my head and looked out the window

Then my phone started ringing. I took it out but Stefan took it and answered it

"Macy where are you" I heard Damon say over the phone

"She's with me" Stefan said flatly

"Why. What's going on" Damon asked

"I'm sorry Damon. But I have to keep Elena safe" Stefan said

"Stefan. Whatever you're about to do, leave Macy out of it" Damon said

"This is the only way to stop them" Stefan said before hanging up

He then threw my phone in the back seat

"What do you mean? Stefan what's going on" I asked

He looked at me then got out his phone and dialed a number and put it on speaker

"Stefan, how nice of you to call" Klaus said threw the phone

"I need you to give me your word that you'll keep Elena safe" Stefan said

"Nice try Stefan, but I'm not in the mood to negotiate" Klaus said

"Klaus" I said helplessly

"Macy? What's going on" Klaus asked fiercely

"Keep Elena safe or I'm going to drive Macy off Wikory Bridge" Stefan said

I looked at him in shock

"I don't believe you, you won't kill her" Klaus said

"Try me" Stefan said before pushing on the gas to make us go about 100 miles per hour

"Stefan slow down" I yelled at him

He just kept speeding down the road

"Stefan!" I yelled

Wickory Bridge came into sight and Stefan was still speeding

"Don't do this Stefan" Klaus said over the phone

But Stefan just went faster

"Stefan! Stefan stop it!" I yelled at him

"Fine you win. I'll keep Elena safe.. You have my word" Klaus said

Stefan grinned but he kept going and we were about to reach the bridge and I became scared

"Stefan stop!" I screamed at him with fear

"Stop the car Stefan" Klaus yelled into the phone

Stefan then slammed on the brakes and we came to a complete stop

Klaus hung up the phone and Stefan looked over at me.

I got out of the car and slammed the door and started walking away from the car

"Get back in the car Macy" Stefan said getting out of the car

"How could you?!" I yelled at him turning around with tears in my eyes

"I have to keep Elena safe" Stefan said

"So she means more to you than me?! So your willing to risk my life just to Save hers?" I asked furiously

He just stood there

"I can't believe you" I said with a tear going down my cheek

"What do you want me to do Macy? All of this is happening because of you. All of these people are hurting Elena because you are the one that's led them all here and are pissing them all off" he said angrily
