I took a short shower and slipped on a red sports bra and a purple tank top and pajama shorts. I brushed my hair and put it in a high ponytail

I was about to get in bed when I realize that I was actually pretty hungry so I decided I wanted some ice cream

I walked downstairs and into the kitchen.

I got the ice cream out of the freezer and got out a bowl

I then felt arms wrap around my waist. I looked over my shoulder to see Damon grinning at me

He gave me a long kiss and said, "I love you"

"I love you more" I said smiling

"Well I love you infinity and beyond" he said smirking, "Can't beet that"

I laughed a little

"Your impossible" I said

"Quite"

He then unwrapped his arms from around me

"I'm heading upstairs, you coming" he said

"In a minute" I said. He then gave me a smile then walked out of the room

I love him so much. He's so perfect and sweet

I looked for my big spoon but couldn't find it

"Damon! Where's my big spoon!" I called up to him

"It's in the 3rd drawer" he called down to me

I checked the third drawer and found it.

I was about to shut the drawer but then I saw a steak knife.

I then remembered the compulsion and what I was suppose to do.

I tried to fight it but my body reached for the knife. I grabbed it out of the drawer and turned around

"Damo-" but it was to late. The knife was already in my stomach. I cried out and I fell to the ground

Throbbing pain went through me and I felt tears in my eyes

I felt blood pouring out of my stomach. I pulled the knife out and dropped it on the floor

I looked down at my stomach and saw nothing but blood.

Damon must've heard me because he came rushing down the stairs. When he saw me his eyes widened.

He was about to feed me his blood but someone came up behind him and snapped his neck

"Well that isn't pretty" the person said.

I then realized that it was the vampire who I encountered at the bar

"Why are you here" I asked in a weak voice

"Well. Plans changed and the boss wants you alive. She's going back to her first plan which is capturing you" he said kneeling down next to me

He then showed his fangs and bit his wrist and held it to my mouth. I swallowed some and he took it away

My wound healed quickly but I still felt faint. Probably from all the blood I lost

He then took out a water bottle that had weird liquid in it

"Here, it's vervain water" he said handing it to me

I took it but didn't drink from it

"Why does she want me on vervain?" I asked

"So no other vampires can compel you to kill yourself"

I took a couple sips then put it down
"So why does she want me alive?" I asked

"So she can trade you for her freedom" he said standing up

"Wait. How do I get her her freedom back?" I asked standing up

"She trades you into Klaus and Klaus gives her her freedom back"

"Klaus as in the Original?"

The Originals are the Original vampires. And Klaus is one of them, he's baddest out of all of them

I knew Klaus back in the 70's. We actually became pretty close, so did me and his brother Elijah. We became so close that they call me their little sis.

"Yes."

"Why would Klaus want me?" I asked

"All will be explained in time." He said
"I must be going"

Then he was gone

I just stood there. I had to think everything over.

How she wants me alive but she wants to trade me into Klaus for her freedom. What did she do to not have her freedom. And why would Klaus want me?

"Macy?"

I looked down to see Damon waking up

I kneeled down next to him

"Who snapped my neck? And why?" He asked

"I'll explain it once Stefan gets home." I said

He stood up and I did too

"Are you okay?" He asked looking at my stomach

"Yeah. He healed me" I said walking into the living room

Right then Stefan walked threw the door

He was smiling but it turned into a frown when he saw me

"What happened?" He asked

I explained how I stabbed myself then the vampire snapped Damon's neck and how he healed me and the vervain. And how she wants me alive so she can traded me in to Klaus for her freedom

"So why would Klaus want you?" Damon asked poring himself some scotch

"I don't know. But we need to find that out" I said

"Are we still going to kill her?" Stefan asked

"Well unless we want her to trade Macy into Klaus then yes" Damon said

"Yeah. I mean I love Klaus in all, but until we figure out why he wants me, then I say we don't let her trade me into him" I said

They both nodded

"I'm gonna go change and go to sleep." I said then headed upstairs

I changed my tank top and got into bed

I was about to go to sleep when I heard a knock on the door

"Yes?" I said

Damon walked in wearing his usual cotton pants and no shirt

He came over to the bed and got under the covers with me. He put his arms around me and pulled me close to him

I didn't realized I was staring at him until he said, "What? Do you not want me here?" He said looking down at me

"No, sorry" I said looking away from him

"I was joking" he said laughing a little

He then pulled my chin up so I met his eyes

We held this position until he kissed me softly.

I turned out the light and gave him one more kiss then cuddled up next to him and fell asleep

"Wakey Wakey"

I opened my eyes and saw Damon opening the curtains so the sunlight could come in

"Why are you waking me up?" I asked sitting up

"You have school. Remember"

"Oh yeah" I said then got out of bed and walked into my closet

I chose to wear my city girl crop top with gray jeans and black ankle boots. I straightened my hair and put on some makeup then went downstairs

When I got into the kitchen, Stefan, Elena, and Damon were all siting down at the counter

"Hey guys, what's up" I said getting a cup of coffee

"We're talking about the plan for tonight" Stefan said

"What about it" I said sipping my coffee

"We think that Stefan should come with us because she most likely has about ten other vampires protecting her" Damon said

"True, we do need back up" I said

"Which is why I think I should go" Elena said

Me, Stefan, and Damon said at the same time "No"

"Why, you need back up" she said

"Because you're a human, you'll easily get killed" I said

"Ugh fine" she said standing up

"Ready to go?" Stefan asked looking at me

"Yeah, I just need to get my bag. I'll be right out" I said

Stefan and Elena both went out the door and I picked up my bag from under the counter

I started walking towards the door then I felt arms wrap around me from behind

"What? Are you not gonna say goodbye?" Damon asked

I looked up at him

"Of course" I said

I then turned around and wrapped my arms around his neck and have him a long kiss

I then felt my phone vibrate. I took it put and saw a text from Aaron

Aaron: Hey, can you meet me at the Grill around 5

Me: Yeah, I'll be there

"Ugh. Aaron" I heard Damon say

"It's so cute how you're so jealous" I said puting my phone in my pocket

"I'm not jealous, he's just suspicious" Damon said

"We'll you have nothing to worry about" I said smiling at him "Have to go, Stefan's probably getting impatient"

He then kissed me on the cheek

"Ok, love you" he said smiling

"Love you too" I said then walked out the door
