34.But its okay, im alive!

Macy's POV

My eyes opened and I sat up gasping for air. Once my breathing steadied I looked around the room. I was in the boarding house with Caroline, Elena, Klaus, Bonnie, Elijah, and Stefan

"W-what, how is this possible" Bonnie said staring with wide eyes

They all stared with confusion and shock

"Hey, I'm just as confused as you are. I thought I was dead" I said raising my arms and standing up from the couch

"But you're not!" Caroline exclaimed with joy and wrapped her arms around me so tight that I thought I was going to choke to death

"Easy Caroline" Elena said pulling her off of me so I could breathe again

"Oh, sorry" she said but with a smile on her face

"Thank god" Elena said as she took me into a huge hug. I hugged her back then pulled away to see Elijah standing next to me

"You were dead. I-I..." he stuttered

"It's okay" I said pulling him into a hug

Next was Klaus and he looked so sad yet he had a look of relief

"Macy, you're alive. You're here" he said as he wrapped his arms around my waist pulling me into his chest

"I'm here" I said wrapping my arms around his neck

Then when I pulled back I saw Stefan standing there with tears streaming down his face

"Macy, I'm so sorry for everything. I don't know what I was thinking. But I swear I will never do anything to hurt you again. I j-just.." he said with a look of regret and sorrow

"Shh. Stefan it's okay. I'm just glad you're back" I said pulling him into my arms and hugging him. I felt for him, he has the bad end of the vampire deal. Once he has a drop of human blood he shuts everything out and turns into a ripper. And I know he lives with so much guilt, I just don't want to add to the list so I won't speak of what he did again

I suddenly pulled back

"Where's Damon" I asked looking around the room

"He's outside, he couldn't stay" Stefan said

I quickly rushed out the front door and looked around the perimeter of the house, but he want there. I then looked up to see him with his head in his hands and his knees pulled up to his chest

I used magic to shoot up onto the roof. I was standing behind him and he hadn't noticed me

"You really are a mess without me" I said in my most casual voice

His head shot up immediately and he stood up to face me

His eyes were red and slightly puffy, his cheeks stained with fresh tears, his eyes held shock and sadness yet relief

"Macy" he whispered

"It's me" I said walking over to him and putting my hand on his cheek while wiping away his tears

He stood there just looking deeply into my eyes

He suddenly embraced me in his arms and wrapped his arms protectively around my figure as I hugged my arms around his neck

"Oh my god" he whispered

We stood like this for a good five minutes before he pulled back

"Don't leave me ever again, because I don't know if I could so be without you again" he said
