Limp

    "Phil I know you aren't feeling well either but I just couldn't keep that from you."

I was quiet. My heart felt as though it stopped beating.

"Why is she in the hospital?"

"Well..."

My anxiety pulsed through my body causing my hands to twitch. I shook them to get them to stop.

Dan put his hand on my arm.

With a deep breath in and great hesitation,

"Phil..."

My heart clenched.

"Your mom...is in the hospital right now...she needs to be put on...respirators because...the cancer in her lungs...spread."

I couldn't cry or make a single sound. We sat in silence until I murmured;

"Oh."
I noticed my voice broke.

Dan laid down next to me. It was getting later.

"Do you want to visit her tomorrow?"
He mumbled softly.

After a moment,
"Mhm."

I closed my eyes and let a few minutes pass.

Dan's voice emerged from the quiet.
"I'm sorry baby."

I turned my head towards Dan and placed a kiss on his temple, letting him know I acknowledged what he just said.

I laid in my blankets and concentrated on the pain that was coming and going, but I was restless and I needed to release my energy.

Dan moved closer next to me and brought me into an embrace.

"Okay, well, try to get some sleep. Wake me up if you need anything."

He kissed me and then laid down.

I rolled over so that I could focus on drifting off.
I was restless. I had to stay still because I did not want to disturb Dan's sleep, but at this point I didn't really care.
My hands moved through the blankets to find the remote for the TV, I turned it on and flipped through the channels hoping to find something "interesting" or "distracting."
My limbs started to kick and buck again and it was hard for me not to control it.

  "Phil." Dan murmured.

  "Yeah?"

"Do you need some help relaxing?"

A moment passed.

  "Do you want me to suck you, Phil?"

I was hesitant with my answer.

  "S-sure."

Dan sat up and pulled my blankets away from my legs. He was gentle.
He slowly made his was to my front and barely rubbed my unit.

I exhaled and closed my eyes.

I felt my shorts being pulled off, then his hands were wrapped around me.
My stomach turned and sweat formed on my forehead and the exposed region of my stomach.

"Shhh, relax." Dan whispered, sensing my subtle distress.

I felt his lips around my length, and I grew. Surprisingly.
