That night, Luna didn't sleep a wink.

All that raced around her mind was how her lips exploaded when Malfoy kissed her but even more, Malfoy had actually kissed her! And then, there was the guilt. Did that mean she cheated on Neville? She hadn't really had time to kiss back even though she wanted too...so what does that mean?

Luna closed her eyes and forced those thoughts far from her mind, she should at least be getting some sleep after all, she was supposed to be going out with Hermione tomorrow.

Yet, she could hear the hushed whispers from downstairs in the common room and sighing, Luna slowly sneaked out of bed and placed her ear to the opening of the door trying her hardest to hear what Harry, Ginny and Ron could possabaly be talking about.

"You don't think she can do that do you?"

"I don't know Ron. I was in the Libary trying to look up witches powers and I found this, it describes everything she can do now...so...maybe she can do this." Ginny's voice was unsure and worried and slowly opening the door more, Luna poked her head out to see Harry standing, his hand pinching the bridge of his noise as he closed his eyes.

"No, Luna would have done it by now."

"Harry...it takes time to develop. Luna barley even knows how to control herself let alone her powers, she could kill someone in her sleep if she wanted!"

"W-what?" Luna's voice was weak, her eyes wide with tears as she moved to the top of the stairs staring down at the three as they jumped looking up at her even more worried then before.

It was only then that she noticed, Draco and Hermione sitting on the other side quiet and pale as snow.

"Luna...." Harry had begun but drifted off not really knowing what to say.

"I can do what in my sleep?" Luna made her way down snatching the book from Ginny's hands and reading the open pages out loud so everyone in the common room could hear even though it was only them,

"A witch who posses unusual power is not only a danger but a threat if she was not taught to deal with these while a youngster. Her mind is one of greatness, wandless magic is known but magic of the mind, tongue and eye is her main gift. Once asleep or filled to the full with an emotion the witch cannot control her magical inpulses.

In many cases, the untrained witch has been known to dream of death after the other signs of power are shown. In these dreams her mind begins to lose control, she may target a single or group of people harming and in the end killing them.

If the witch is angered as such, she can cause things to happen around her. If sad, the witch can alter others emotion replacing her emotion with theirs ending in a deppresion for the victim to the point that they may kill themseleves.

These are only a few of the most hidden dangers of the untrained witch.

However once trained, the witch will not be able to tap into these harmful powers but only the good that follow in this book."

Luna felt sick. Her mind raced as she slammed the book shut and threw it on the sofa, she didn't care about the 'good useful' powers she has, she only cared that right now, she could cause danger to anyone with a blink of an eye.

"We can train you or we can tell a teacher-"

"No. They'll take her away, lock her up like a lab rat." Draco cherpied in standing up and walking towards a trembling Luna. He wrapped an arm around her but Luna wasn't fully able to take in any feelings that had erupted apart from the fear and disgust she felt towards herself right now. "We have plenty of time to train her. This dangerous power only becomes strong once she turns twenty, she has plenty of time."
