Prologue

You were just 7 when your parents had died. Now, you were on your own, surviving on your own. You live in a tent that you made with garbage bags, it wasn't perfect, but you still liked the feeling of a roof over your head. You constantly stole food and one day, you're caught. Suddenly a man with blonde hair approaches the sales man and hands him 10 yen. That should be enough for what you were about to steal. After walking away with you, he looked down at you with curiosity in his eyes, wondering why was a 16 year old looking girl was doing stealing food, not to mention, being alone. Suddenly there is a large gust of wind and you hear feet hitting the ground from behind you. It was a raven haired man, who was very short for an adult, you thought.
"Erwin, they need you down at the camp. Apparently, someone had broken in and stole a 3DMG."
"Oh, okay. Make sure you get the girl home." He smiled at you and you turned away and blushed.
The dark haired man looked down at you.
"Yes, sir."
