The flight went smoothly, I slept and woke up in Daniel's arms, we talked about our lives and where we would want to take them ahead, we eat food and watched movies.
I think I could say, our first ever date was on a airplane.
Nevertheless, it was beautiful.
"Do your mum and dad also live in London?" I asked out of nowhere
"No, mum and dad aren't alive" he said with tears forming in his eyes
"Oh I'm so sorry I didn't knew"
"It's okay" he blurted out
"Can I ask you how it happened?" I questioned with a frown
"I was nine and mum and dad were lawyers, we lived in a very big house, they would read me bed time stories, I would share everything with them, they were my everything" he paused then continued "But one day, a cop was chasing down a criminal story, wanting to find the suspects. The police had collected all the evidence so one night the police gathered around my house thinking my parents were the criminals and when morning came, they stepped out the house and I heard two gun shots, I was so scared I hid under the bed, I knew something bad had happened but I didn't knew what was it, I screamed my parents name but they never came to help me. I didn't knew they had died but I kept hiding under the bed until the police came in the house and found me" he continued "I was handed over to my aunt for my upbringing but it was later found out that it wasn't my parents fault, the police officer in charge of the research for the criminal, was wrong and the criminal had left the county purposely leaving all evidence pointed towards my parents who were innocent and had nothing to do with. Later when I was fifteen and could understand what had happened to my parents I asked my aunt about what happened to the officer who was the reason for their death but she told me the officer had already died but I swore on that day that if I ever find, in my life. The officer or even his child, I would take revenge and I would make them feel the pain I felt, it's a promise to my parents" he said holding my hand as his eyes filled with tears.
"I'm so sorry" I said with a frown
"It's okay, what about your parents, are they alive?" he asked me with concern
"No they died in a car crash when I was 12" I said frowning
"I'm sorry" he said
With that, we saw the hostess brining the food. " I'm starving" Daniel said with a chuckle. "Me too" I smiled.
The rest of the flight felt like a blur but it was, by far, the best flight experience I had ever had in my life.
And trust me, I had had a lot of flights in my life.

I reached home and John told me I had to go to the studio first thing in the morning and so did Daniel.
I was happy, I was going to work with someone I loved. Daniel and I would go out from the studio and eat cotton candy and drink fruit smoothies. We would write songs on things we would do everyday and add things from my poetry notebook. Daniel and I had gotten out of the studio and decided to walk till the bazaar. As we walked, I silently thanked my luck because no one recognized us and there was no mob following us.
We walked around the bazaar until we came around a jewelry shop. On the display were rings. When I saw the shop I looked to Daniel who was beaming and I blushed like a tomato.
"Let's go" he said beaming
"Where?" I asked
"To buy your engagement ring" he said with a smile
"Wha-" and we walked inside the store, lights filled it from every corner. The diamonds reflected the lights that shone so brightly.
"Hello Sir, what are you looking for?" the salesperson asked
"We're looking for an engagement ring" Daniel answered
"Oh we have diamonds, ruby, emerald.."
"What do you want baby?" Daniel asked
"I want a diamond" I said with  my cheeks flaming
"Diamond it is"
The salesperson showed us a variety of diamond rings and I couldn't bring myself to choose one partly because my mind couldn't process the fact that Daniel was buying me an engagement ring. AN. ENGAGEMENT. RING.
"I like this one" Daniel said pointing towards a huge diamond ring.
"It's nice" I blurted
"Do you want it baby?" he asked
"If you like it....yeah" I said chuckling
"We're buying it" he said to the salesperson. They took my size and it was a perfect fit. Although I secretly wished it didn't fit it me so I could wait longer to think about what was actually happening but I knew part of me didn't wanted to wait at all.
I wanted everything to happen and all that once. Daniel bought the ring and got down on his knee in the shop.
"Will you marry me Landla Ellen?"
"I...I...I would, I will..yes" I blurted out beaming
He took hold of my hand and slipped the ring onto my fingers and I saw my hand from the distance and admired the ring and how it looked.
It was a dream come true.
We walked out the shop and started walking around the Bazaar.
"I think we should celebrate Mrs. Cane"
"I think we should Mr. Cane"
With that, Daniel and I went to a posh restaurant and had a lunch.
For half the lunch both of us spoke not a  single word and I blushed away thinking I agreed to marry Daniel. He sat there in thinking about things too and we would smile when our gazes would meet and my lips would part to speak but no words would come out.
For I knew, no words could have described the way I felt at that moment.
