Dear father
I don't know why
You did what you did
I don't know why
It was only me you were after
But I know
That the only power you have
Is power I give you
Dear father
I've almost ended myself twice
Is that what you'd hoped for your oldest child?
I hope not, becuse that'd make you sicker in the head than any of us had ever thought
Dear father
I've moved on
Or so I'd like to think
Panic attacks are plentiful
Thanks to a single thought of you, or those nights
Dear father
I don't care about you anymore
We are not related
Thank you for the amazing grandpa though
He loves us more than you ever did
Dear Charles
This isn't just goodbye
This is good riddance
Get farther out of my life
And stay away from us
The one who once called you "daddy"
