Clary, Simon, and I all sat with Will and all of them at lunch, that day. Tatiana, of course, was all over Will but he didn't seem to be paying much attention to her, today. Every time I looked at him, this morning kept running through my mind and I blushed. Right now, Clary was talking everyone about how all of our parents used to be best friends.

"Really?!" Isabelle exclaimed. "That's so cool!"

"Yeah," Cecily smiled. "I knew my parents, Jace's parents, and Izzy and Alec's parents were all best friends, but not yours too."

"What's your last name?" Jace asked Clary.

"Fairchild, well it's my mother's maiden name, and I use hers." Clary replied.

"Oh, I think I've heard my mom talk about a Jocelyn Fairchild before." He said casually.

"That's my mom." Clary smiled slightly.

"This is so cool." Isabelle said again, and everyone chuckled.

"Well, I don't think it is." Tatiana said in her nasally voice.

"Of course you don't." Alec muttered under his breath, and I tried to hide my grin.

"Why are you three even sitting with us anyway?" She said rudely to Clary, Simon, and I.

"Why are you? It's clear that no one here likes you, anyways." Clary shot back. She was very short tempered.

Tatiana gasped in anger, and Jace started laughing. Even Gabriel, tried to hide his smile.

"Ugh! Aren't you going to say anything to her, William?!" Tatiana exclaimed.

"What have I told you about calling me William?" Will said tiredly.

"Ugh!" She exclaimed, and got up and stormed off.

"Why do you even date her, Will? No offence, Gabe." Isabelle said.

"None taken." Gabriel said amusedly.

"We're not dating." Will said. "She just thinks we are, for some stupid reason. You know that I don't date, Izzy."

"Too well." She whispered to herself.

What? What did she mean by that? Had Isabelle liked Will?

"Well, she's kind of a bitch." Cecily said.

"She's always been like that." Gabriel rolled his eyes. "I remember her pulling Isabelle's hair when she played her doll, when we had been five."

"I remember that." Isabelle scowled.

"Do you have any other siblings?" I asked.

"Yeah, an older brother. He's in university." Gabriel replied.

"Tell him to respond to my text messages, he never does." Isabelle said annoyedly, and we all chuckled.

My eyes then looked at Will. He was looking down at his phone, and I admired him for a moment. His black hair was falling into his eyes, and his blue eyes were deep in thought. Suddenly, he looked up at him.

"Can I help you?" He smirked teasingly.

I blushed, and looked away from.

"Wait, I already did today." He whispered, and winked at me.

I blushed again. God, he was a tease.

Will's POV

I watched as Tessa blushed, turning bright pink. I smirked victoriously, and put my phone away. Cecily was watching us, looking at us suspiciously. Why was she always trying to get into my business? Sometimes, it got annoying.

I looked back at Tessa, who was whispering to Clary. As soon as she noticed my eyes on her, she blushed. I chuckled to myself, I had been surprised this morning that she had actually asked to use the "washroom". I couldn't believe she was still a virgin, she was hot.

"Will?" Cecily asked.

"Uh, yeah?" I said.

"I asked you if you even liked Tatiana." She said.

Did I like Tatiana? She was always so freaking needy, and that drive me crazy. I liked girls who didn't depend on everyone else for everything. Plus, she was rude, but she was good in bed. She had this creepy obsession with me, and that kind of scared me a bit. But did I actually like her?

"No, I don't." I said casually.

Tessa's eyebrows shot up, and I looked at her. I think that she had a bit of a crush on me. She couldn't, though. I didn't date, and she wouldn't want me, if she knew how broken I was. I had used to believe in love, but not anymore. That part of me was broken.

"Then why do you still hang around her?" Isabelle asked curiously.

I studied her for a moment. Her long black hair was falling down her shoulders, and she looked hot. She always looked hot, actually. She had liked me, once upon a time, and I had to tell her I didn't date. She had been heartbroken, but she had gotten over it. Though, I still felt a little bit bad.

"I don't know, God, can you all stop interrogating me about Tatiana?" I rolled my eyes.

Cecily only rolled her eyes at me, annoyed by my behaviour. I smirked at her. It was fun annoying her. It always had been. I looked over at Jace, who was staring at Clary, like a lost puppy. I grinned at him, amused. I had never seen him like this before. It was like he was under some sort of spell. Clary was pretty, but she wasn't hot. She was cute. Tessa was hot.

Why are you thinking about Tessa? That annoying voice in my head says. Why was I thinking about Tessa? I never thought about the same girl more than a few times, so why was she different? I felt something weird in my stomach, something I had never felt before. Suddenly knowing what it was, I pushed it away.

Hell no. No, I would not do that to myself. There was no way I could get feelings for her. Besides, we were just friends with benefits.

It wasn't like I was going to get close to her or anything.
