As the weeks passed, Will and I became closer with one another. We talked daily, and he seemed to enjoy my company a lot. We also became, um, much closer sexually. We didn't always "do something" when we hung out but there was a good chance that we would. It was exhilarating, and as much as I hated to admit it, I loved it.

Clary, Simon, and I all became best friends with all of them, except for Tatiana of course. She still didn't like us, but she seemed to resent me the most. I had no idea why, and I was sure she didn't know about Will and I. The only people who knew about what we were doing was Clary and Jace. Speaking of those two, they had become very close, and I could tell that they were going to date soon.

Currently, we were all sitting in the cafeteria at lunch. I was sitting beside Clary and Simon, with Will across from me. Tatiana was draped over him, and I tried to ignore it, as I always did.

"I have a gig, tonight." Simon announced.

"Oooh, where?" Isabelle asked.

"Java Jones, again." He said.

"We'll all come!" Isabelle exclaimed, and Simon blushed and smiled.

"Ugh, I'm not." Tatiana said in her annoying voice.

"Well no one wanted you to come, anyways." I glared at her.

Will looked at me, and grinned amusedly. Tatiana on the other hand, looked as if she wanted to kill me.

"As if anyone would want you there." She shot back.

"They do actually." I chuckled while smirking at me.

She scoffed. "We all know you just want fuck Will, because you're a whore and--"

"Tatiana!" Will snapped angrily. "Don't."

"Don't tell me you're actually defending her?" Tatiana rolled her eyes. "You saw the way she spoke to me!"

"That doesn't mean you have to act like a bitch." Will glared.

"Don't fall for it, Will, she only wants to get in your pants and--"

"She already has, actually." He cut her off.

My mouth dropped open. Had he just said that in front of everyone? Tatiana gasped in horror.

"What?!" She practically shouted.

"Yup." He said casually.

If only she knew how many times, I thought to myself.

"But--but we're dating, and--"

"I already told you that I don't date, Tati, a million times." Will said to her.

Tatiana looked humiliated, and then her green eyes filled with rage, and she looked at me.

"You bitch." She snarled. "How dare you touch him! I will kill--"

"Tatiana! A word?" Will said furiously.

He stood up, and pulled her out of the cafeteria. I only sat there, open-mouthed, and so was everyone else.

"He's never done that for anyone before, no matter how bad Tatiana was being." Cecily said, wide-eyed.

"You guys did it?" Isabelle said, shocked.

A lot. "Yes." I mumbled, and she smirked at me.

Will returned a few moments later, without Tatiana at his side. He took his seat, and we all stared at him expectantly.

"I told her I didn't want to see her anymore." He announced.

"Really?" Clary asked.

"Yup. I'm tired of her being a bitch all the time." Will glared at the ground.

I stared at him. "Um, thanks. For defending me." I said quietly.

He looked up at me, his blue eyes soft. "Of course, I couldn't let her talk to you like that."

I looked at him in surprise, and he seemed surprised himself that he had said that. We broke gazes, and I blushed. We all started to talk about something else, but I could still feel his eyes on me. I couldn't believe he would just brush of Tatiana for me. As much as I hated her, I kind of felt bad.

"I need to use the washroom." I said, suddenly feeling a bit sick.

I got up and walked out of the cafeteria. I was half down the hallway, when I heard someone call my name.

"Tessa." Will said.

I turned around, and he walked up to me. His blue eyes were searching my face.

"Yeah?"

"Are you okay?" He asked.

"Yeah." I lie.

"I'm sorry about what Tatiana said, I--"

"Why did you do that?" I cut him off.

"Do what?" Will asked.

"Get angry at her like that. You didn't have to, I could have taken it." I said.

He looked dumbfounded. "Tessa, you expected me to just sit there while she called you names? I couldn't do that."

"I know, I just, I don't know I'm just surprised that you would just not want to see her. You've known her for a long time haven't you?"

He shrugged. "Yeah, doesn't mean I like her though."

We are both silent for a moment.

"Sorry." I sighed. "I was being ungrateful."

"It's fine, no ones perfect." He said, amused.

Except for you, I thought. "So they all know now."

"Know what?" Will asked.

"That we, I, you, we--" I struggled for words.

"Ah yes, but they only think it happened once." Will smirked.

I blushed. "True."

We were silent again.

"Are you going to come to Java Jones, tonight?" I asked, trying to slung casual.

"Are you?" He smirked, raising an eyebrow.

"Yeah." I replied.

"Then I guess I will, too." He smirked at me.

I knew what was running through his mind, and I started to feel warm all over. All of the sudden, I wanted his hands all over me, and I was aching to touch him. Keep it together, Tessa, I told myself. Will drove me so crazy. He only winked at me, and then we walked back to the cafeteria. We took our seats, and everyone stared at us.

"Are you two okay?" Jace raised an eyebrow.

Will smirked. "Yup."

He looked at me, smirking, and I blushed. God, he was beautiful.
