Tessa's POV

I sat in my house the next day, feeling miserable. They had released me late yesterday, and I had gone home and cried. I kept telling myself that I was lucky that Will was even alive, but that couldn't stop my heart from breaking every time I thought of him. Clary had come over yesterday, and spent the night with me. She had left my house about an hour ago, and I sat in the living room of my house. My aunt Harriet then walked in.

"How are you?" She asked softly, taking a seat beside me.

"Not very good." I sighed.

She patted my leg. "Don't worry, Tessa, he'll fall in love with you all over again."

"He was never in love with me to begin with." I chuckled at the thought.

Aunt Harriet only shook her head and sighed.

"I know that this is better than him being dead, but I..." I trailed off.

"Do you love him?" She asked softly, and I nodded my head.

"Then he'll come back to you. I know it." She said.

I was about to say something, when there was a knock at the front door. I got up, and opened the door. I froze when I saw who it was. It was Will. He was wearing a black hoodie and tight jeans. His blue eyes were at looking at me.

"Um hey." He said awkwardly.

"Hey." I breathed. "What are you doing here?"

"Isabelle thought I should come talk to you, it might help me remember things." Will said.

I let him in, and he walked in.

"Um, we can go up to my room." I said.

He followed me up to my room, and I closed the door behind us. Will looked around my room and I thought about how many times he had spent the night with me here. And now he didn't remember any of it. I pushed the thought out of my mind, as we both took a seat on my bed.

"So, um, what do you want to know?" I started.

"Uh, Cecy told that we are um friends with benefits." Will said awkwardly.

I blushed. "Yeah."

"This is weird, but how many times have we had sex?" He blurted out.

I blushed and chuckled. "I can't really count. It was a lot."

Will smirked faintly, and my heart jumped.

"When was the last time?" He asked.

"Three days ago."

He smirked again, and I blushed. He then became serious again.

"I feel some sort of pull to you." Will said suddenly. "Tell me all about us."

So I started from when we had first met, all the way until we were driving to the book store. The entire time he never interrupted me, only listening thoughtfully. When I was finished he finally spoke up.

"Wow." He said, astounded.

"Yeah." I said.

"I really did that to you at the dinner table? In front of all of our parents?" Will asked.

I blushed embarrassedly. "I told you not to."

"You must not be able to resist me." Will smirked a bit.

"Nope." I breathed out. "You always found that amusing."

"It is." He grinned. "Tell me about yourself."

I started saying the things I had when he had first asked me this.

"Well, my birthday is July 9th, my favourite singer is Justin Bieber, I hate chocolate, I--"

"What kind of monster could hate chocolate?" Will asked, bewildered.

I smiled despite myself. "That's what you said the first time."

He only shook his head in disproval. "Continue."

"My favourite holiday is Christmas, I've always wanted a dog, I hate cats, I really want to become a writer, and my favourite food is ham and pineapple pizza." I finished. "That's all I can think of right now."

"Interesting." He said, and then grinned. "I would tell you about myself but I don't remember anything, and you would already know it."

I laughed out loud, and Will looked pleased. I looked at him, and his blue eyes were sinking into my grey ones. He reached out and held my hand, and I felt electricity run through me at his touch.

"Do you feel that?" He asked quietly.

"I always have." I whispered.

He then was leaning and so was I. No, Tessa, you shouldn't, that annoying voice said my head. I quickly snapped out of my trance.

"Will, we can't kiss. You should start remembering of yourself before we do." I said.

"You're right." He sighed, and I bit my lip absentmindedly.

His eyes flew to me. "I do remember that it drives me crazy when you bite your lip."

I blushed and he smirked at me. After about half an hour, Will decided to leave. He stood in the front doorway.

"And you know how to get back to your house?" I asked worriedly.

"Yeah, Cecily gave me directions." He said.

We then stood there a bit awkwardly, and then Will leaned in and kissed my cheek and then walked out of the door. I closed the door, and sighed in relief. That wasn't as bad as I had thought. Aunt Harriet walked up, and smirked at me.

"Did he just kiss your cheek?" She asked amusedly.

I blushed. "Can you not."

She only laughed, and so did I. I went back up to my room, and threw myself down on my bed. I then grabbed my phone and texted Clary. I told her everything that just happened.

Do u think he'll remember more now? She asked.

I hope so. I don't know what I'll do if he doesn't

Jace said that him and Cecy r trying too so don't worry too much :)

I'll try

I sighed and laid back, and rubbed my eyes. I could get through this. Will would remember everything soon, I told myself.

He had to.
