Today is the all so dreaded Monday.
Today is the day we have to face work or school or whatever the agenda has for us
Today is the day where we have to face the week, you aren't alone
Everyone else has to face the week as well no matter the circumstances
It's hard, yes it's hard
It can be scary
It can be intimidating
Your mind my tell you just stay home
But you can make it through this
Don't give up on yourself
Keep on going
Keep on fighting
It may be intimidating
But you aren't the only one felling this way, others will stand at your side, you just have to speak up.
