For the ones that feel alone.

For the ones who shake
The ones that tremble
The words that come out un smooth.
The one who jitters
The one that has to hold tears back
The one that digs their nails so far into their Palm it bleeds so they can have some control over the pain.
The one that panics
The one that who talks quietly for fear of being heard by the wrong person or just can't get their voice up any higher than a mere whisper.
This is for you.
For the ones who struggle with even simple things.
The ones who can't get out of bed.
For the ones that even the simplest of things have become hard tasks now.
You aren't alone
Don't be scared to speak up and tell someone what's going on
You are worth the help
You are worth every minute
You are worth the time.
You aren't alone even though mental illness makes you feel so isolated like a dog stuck in a small cage in the corner.
Get help.
It's okay to feel this way
It's okay to be depressed
It's okay to have anxiety disorders
It's okay to have any mental illness.
Seek help and ask others for support.
It may be tough but you are tougher than your illness!

  A note from the poet:

I suffer for some very real mental illnesses and they make me feel very alone. The nurse at my school got me help from a doctor and I now see a therapist as well. This was back in my sophomore year in high school and now I'm a junior. One of the first things I. Had to realize is that I was worth the time and money to get better. We don't have insurance by we are getting some it's all been an uphill battle and I still suffer but sometimes I see more good than I used to and I feel a little less alone.
Anyone suffering or hurting please seek help from a doctor. You are worth the time and money and you can get through this
