Harmless fun

I walked into the kitchen at the Baxter building and sat down next to Sue. I'd already got dressed and I was planning on leaving soon as I'd already had texts off of Pietro and Wanda saying that they needed to talk to me. A wolf whistle filled my ears and I looked up to see a tired looking, smirking Johnny glancing down at me. He pulled a chair out from under the table and placed it next to me grinning from ear to ear.

"Before you ask, no we didn't sleep together, I just dragged your drunken ass back home after you ignored Reed." I explained before he could make any flirtatious comment. His expression changed from a cocky grin to what looked like a thanking look.

"Thanks." He replied as Reed and Ben walked in with shocked looks on their faces.

"It's ok." I replied getting up out of my seat.
"I need to go back to the tower, the twins need to speak to me."

Johnny got up out of his seat and passed me my coat from the hanger.

"I'll walk you." He said putting his coat on as well as I gave him a questioning look and so did everyone else in the room.

"It's the least I can do."  He explained and I nodded my head quickly saying bye to Sue,Ben and Reed before walking to the elevator with Johnny following behind me. We got to the bottom floor and battled our way through the crowd gathered outside as we headed to the tower.

Walking in a comfortable silence we reached the tower in about ten minutes and I said goodbye to Johnny before heading up to find Pietro and Wanda.

Inside the tower all of the team minus Stark were sitting around the table waiting for me. I tried to sneak past them and to my room however they all saw me straight away.

"This needs to stop." Nat stated as I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion.

"This." Clint said before they placed just a few of the empty vodka bottles that had been in my room on the table. I rolled my eyes and tried to walk away when I bumped into Tony who held my hands behind my back. I kicked him in the shin before going to sit beside Nat and Clint.

"Look Stark told us that you broke up,but this isn't helping anyone." Steve said and I sighed knowing he was right before something hit me.

"What exactly did you tell them, Stark?" I asked glancing over him. He looked around the room never meeting my eye.

"Just that we broke up." He replied nervously as I glared at him.

"So you mean to tell me that you didn't mention the small fact that you cheated on me?" I asked raising an eyebrow and smirking as everyone gasped.

"You cheated on her?" Pietro shouted anger laced in his voice as he got up and stormed over to Tony. Wanda stepped in front of him stopping him from doing something stupid.

I sat down and watched as everyone in the team except me,Clint and Bruce started arguing. Bruce went back to his lab and Clint came and sat beside me.

"Who was it?" He asked curiously concern in his voice putting an arm on my shoulder.

"You know that receptionist from the Nexus?" I asked and he nodded smirking slightly.

"The slut with awful hair?" He asked and I laughed making his smile widen.

"Yeah." I replied glancing over at Tony in the middle of the arguing. Just looking at him made my heart pound a hundred times faster than normal. I wish, I wasn't still in love with him. Even if I did want to give us another go, I don't think I'd ever be able to trust him again.

"Want to escape all this?" Clint's voice asked breaking me out of my thoughts. I nodded my head glancing at the other before turning back to him.

"Yeah,but how?" I asked curiously and he just smirked, grabbing my hand and leading me to the corner of the room. I looked up to see a opening to the air vents. Smirking back at him, I immediately jumped up trying to reach the vent. I groaned glancing at Clint who sighed before crouching down to give me a leg up. The vent door was easy to reach once I had a bit of extra height, I pulled the cover off of the vent and quietly threw it the ground before climbing in up into the vent and holding my hands down to help Clint up. He grabbed my hands and I pulled him into the vent before glancing at him. He made a hand motion for me to crawl down the vent and I did until I reached a wider part of the vent. Looking down through a hole in the vent I saw that we were above Tony's room.

"Now I saw what you did to his cars." Clint started to whisper quietly.
"But how about have some more harmless fun."

I smirked at him glancing back down at Tony's room.

"I'm in."
