"Lilly, I swear I'll kill you when I get my hands on you!" Nate bellowed as he took off after me. I couldn't stop laughing and maybe that's what made him catch up with me.

I was pulled into a firm chest and hauled from the ground as I started laughing even harder. Nate turned me in his arms and I came face to face with a red-faced, scowling Nate that had a depiction of a moustache right under his nose and many, many  curse words decorating his pretty face.

In my defence, it was Xavier's idea and he was my accomplice in this. While I drew the moustache using a black sharpie, Xav used a red one to write all the curse words he knows. When Nate began stirring in bed, Xavier took off leaving me there. Of course, being the idiot that I am, I didn't know what to do. Nate stretched from the bed and then noticed that I was there, he had the cutest confused expression in the world, where his nose was scrunched up and he just stared at me.

Then he noticed the sharpie in my hand, his expression changed from confusion to realisation to anger within a matter of seconds.

"No you didn't. Lilly, you didn't!" Nate whispered as he threw the covers off him and rushed to the conjoining toilet, "LILLY!" he screamed and I couldn't hold my laughter in anymore.

I rushed to the toilet eager to gauge his reaction and laugh my butt off. "My face, my beautiful face! What have you done?" Nate murmured accusingly as he stared at his disheveled reflection. I continued laughing as he whipped his head towards me and continued to stalk towards me like a predator sauntering towards its prey.

I sobered up and started moving backwards with every step he takes forward. "Nate, I'm sorry. It's just a joke." I held both my hands up in surrender as the back of my knees hit the bed.

I squealed as I landed on my back with Nate on top of me. "Just a joke?!" Nate repeated humorlessly. "Would you like me to do that to you?" He whispered as his hands inched closer to my cheek cupping it causing my breathing to hitch. "Thinking about it, your way too beautiful to do that. Let me do something else." Nate declared and his other hand inched to my waist, a ticklish spot.

"Nate! NO! NO!" I screamed and squirmed against Nate as the sudden realization of what Nate was going to do dawned over me.

"That's what you get for writing on my face!" Nate exclaimed and started to tickle me with no remorse. "N-N-NATE!" I giggled as Nate smirked down at me.

"Say that you're awfully sorry that you wrote on my sexy face!" Nate whispered close to my ear as goosebumps erupted where his breath touched my skin.

"You know I would never say that!" I managed to choke out in between giggles as Nate's assaults grew weary and finally he stopped.

He was right on top of me, staring down at me. I could feel my erratic heartbeat against my chest and my shallow breaths seemed to amuse Nate. I gazed into his green orbs and I was once again ensnared by their depth and beauty. "You're so beautiful" Nate mumbled.

Nate leaned down as I fluttered my eyes closed and just as he was about to kiss me.

"Lilly, Nate! Are you two kissing again?" Xavier groaned.

"I swear I'm going to kill him one day!" Nate said as he pushed himself off me and pulled on one of the t-shirts lying on the ground.

"I'll get the knife and gun." I muttered grabbing a pillow and stuffing my face in it.

"You know I'm right here. Right?" Xavier exclaimed, placing a hand on his  hips sassily.

"Your point being?" Nate screamed from the closet.

"Moving along, why don't we spend the day by the pool?" Xavier suggested, clasping his hands together.

I sat upright. Pool. Bikini. Skin shown. I was going to start hyperventilating. I can't show my body. I just can't. I have a nasty gash on my side and bruises covering my legs and hips from my recent fight. I just had this gut feeling that if Nate saw this he would lose it. I know he won't get angry on me rather on the person that caused me pain and I love him for that.
Wait, back up, love?! Where did that come from? I didn't really love Nate.
