Chapter 26: Tyler's POV
I was speeding down the streets in my sweet car in the middle of the night.
I let the cool wind ruffle my hair as I bobbed my head to the music.
A smile was plastered across my face as I ran a hand through my hair and accelerated down the empty street.
I was having so much fun, until I turned to my side to see that Alexandra suddenly appeared out of nowhere.
She was seated next to me in the passenger's seat when she suddenly yelled my name.
My eyes fluttered open immediately in shock to see Alexandra standing in front of me as she pointed an accusing finger at me.
Oh it was just a dream.
"Huh?" I asked as I knitted my brows together in confusion.
"WHY ARE WE ON THE SAME GODDAMN BED TOGETHER?"
"I don't know. You tell me," I responded with a shurg and a smirk was plastered across my face just to annoy her.
"Did we..." she whispered softly while trailing off, avoiding eye contact.
"You know if you didn't already realise, you are fully clothed," I said as I quirked an eyebrow at her, amusement dancing in my eyes.
"Yeah but you are half naked!"
"And the problem is...?"
"YOU ARE FREAKING HALF NAKED!"
"Stop screaming Alexandra," I deadpanned.
"I'M NOT SCREAMING!"
"Yes. You just did," I said with an incredulous look on my face while I noticed her checking me out. "Loving the view sunshine?" I asked as an amused smirk morphed itself onto my lips.
"You wish," she said with a scoff and fake gagged. I watched her walk out of my room while I snuggle back into my pillow.

I walked downstairs as the smell of banana pancakes invaded my nostrils, effectively getting me out of bed.
I stopped in my tracks when I noticed Alexandra staring at me blankly.
Just as I was about to tease her about staring at me, she spoke up.
"I need to talk to you," she said out of the blue, catching me off guard.
"Alright," I mumbled and plopped dowm on the chair next to her, even though I had a bad feeling about this.
"What do you wanna talk about?" I asked.
"About that night. I need to tell you something," she said softly as I watched her play with her hair.
"Can we not talk about it? Just forget it."
"No. I have to. I need you to hear me out," she insisted as she ran a hand through her dark, long hair. Before I had the chance to run away from what is reality, she started speaking. "I said no because I'm not ready for another relationship. Don't take it the wrong way though, you are a nice guy and all, it's just that I just found out Owen was cheating on me and I broke up with him that night when you confessed your feelings for me."
"Wait, you have a boyfriend?" I asked as my eyes widened a fraction. "Shit, I didn't know," I said as my hand found its way to the back of my neck.
But really, all I wanted to do was yell "You had a freaking boyfriend?" And then proceed to slap myself for being so oblivious.
So all those times she was talking on the phone, skyping, smiling, laughing, it was all Owen.
