Another long day. I was only six months away from graduating and as if on time, I wanted to go back to Pennsylvania. I was slowly learning that I didn't belong here, either at college or even at the hospital. I needed to get away from LA but even going back to Pennsylvania was out of the question. Next state? Not a clue.

Stepping into my dorm room, I was glad that I was alone. My iPhone was placed onto the iHome and started playing. I didn't pay attention to the music as much while I let my hair down and changed into a corset and a pair of jeans. Damn...I lost weight and for once I was starting to actually look alright, though as the internship continued, I was sure to put the pounds back on. Back to the same old, disgusting person I always was. The few tattoos I had showed nicely, though and I looked to my wrist. It wasn't the end, not of my time in LA and I had to finish my schooling and make my dream come true. I needed to stay one way or another.

Sighing, I grabbed my phone to look at my texts. Not a surprise, most were from Becca, only one or two from my parents saying they couldn't wait to see me even though my neice had moved in with them and I defiantly didn't want to deal with that at my graduation. It would be turned into all about her like everything else. Dance recital was tonight so I couldn't speak to them. Texting Becca back, I told her to meet me on skype after she got off work. Until then, I'd just sit here. Alone.

"Hello?" I answered my cell quickly. "Whoa...calm down, Xander. What's going on?"

"There's a patient here that's threatening to bite if not throw needles at us because we need blood work. Any ideas?"

"What the hell did you guys do?"

"Nothing I swear! Come back, please, doc didn't want me calling you but we both know you're the best."

I had to laugh, he always knew when I needed an ego boost. "Alright, I'll be there soon." Back into scrubs and at the hospital within fifteen minutes. Of course the doctor threw a fit about me being back, I was working on about two hours of sleep and that never worked out. "Where's the patient?"

"Room three but I don't think it's a good idea to go in there. He's getting violent even with the female nurses."

"I got this, Doc." I said before looking at the chart. Yeah, I got it. After I take a moment to slightly geek out and headed into the room. "A-Ashes?" I questioned before heading into the room.

"I told you all to stay the fuck away! I am not going to get blood work." He practically hollard before I shut myself in. Frankie and Drayven were the only two in the room with him.

"And I'm hard of hearing." I said quickly before setting the needles and vials down by the sink. "I'm going to be the one taking blood and I will not leave until I get what I want."

"I'll do anything to get you out of here."

"Fine, hit me to get me out. And FYI I know you, you won't do it." He mumbled under his breath that I decided to ignore before looking to Drayven. "Hey, can you hold his head before I get bit? I don't want to explain bite marks to the doctor."

"I'm noy getting bit." Drayven said.

"Neither am I." Frankie said.

"Well then Needlez or Davey better get in here in the next five seconds or one of you will have to hold him for me. And Newsflash, nobody wants to be int his place, not even me. So do me a favor and shut up, let me do my job." I snaped without thought and felt horrible almost instantly.

"Damn, what's got you so pissy?" Ashes questioned and laid his arm out, obviously not thinking I'd take advantage.

"What does it matter?" I questioned, wrapping the turnakit around his upper arm and got a needle ready.
