Luka's PoV

Goddess, she looked so hot today that I couldn't get her out of my head. The mate bond isn't even fully connected and she was taking over every thought that went through my mind.

As she saw me dancing with Casey this afternoon, I guess I hit a nerve, because she changed the song to Shaggy 'It Wasn't Me'. I guess she was trying to tell me something.

Casey and I had just got back from school so we decided to hang out in my room and watch movies while catching up, as Casey just came back from her aunties pack in New York. She visited because her uncle was in a accident, causing him to go into a coma.

(Casey) "So Mr. hotshot what you wanna watch?"

"I don't know whatever you like."

"Well, let's see. How about 'Ted' and while we watch that, you can tell me what's going through that head of yours." See, that's what I love about Casey. We have never done anything sexual apart from kiss. Casey grew up with myself and the twins, and unlike most girls in the pack she was saving herself for her mate.

"I don't know Casey, everything is just getting too complicated lately."

"What do you mean by complicated?"

"I found my mate, and although her scent is so mouthwatering, she hasn't looked me in the eyes or even been anywhere near me to touch."

"So why don't you just talk to her, can't be that complicated can it?"

"I don't know Cas, it's like I wanna carry on being this player doing what I do, yet I wanna be with her. I can't seem to get her out of my mind. She's only been here a little over a week and I can't even think straight, like what the hell?"

"Look, if you carry on the way you are knowing she is your mate, and she is watching everything you do, then she is going to hate you more. Who is she anyways?"

"I know that already, but you know me, it's what I've being doing since I was fifteen, Cas. It's hard not to, and she's Selina Young, the daughter of Alpha Greg from Silver Moon pack, why?"

"Oh my, you have it bad. Luka, you do know that when her father or brother find out, that they will make you mate her and marry her. You do know who she is meant to be, don't you?"

"What do you mean know who she is?"

"Oh my goddess, you have no idea do you?"

"The rumours are that the mother Luna, mother of all wolves is being reborn. Rumours have it that she will be an alphas daughter, but not just any alpha. No, the alpha of the Silver Moon pack himself . They say that her being born in the Silver Moon pack is a cause of their royal blood. They have it in their genes. The reason I know this is because I have seen it in writing myself."

"That can't be, she doesn't wear the birthmark of the mother Luna."

"It is said that when she shifts for the first time, that her birthmark will become visible to others. Everyone will know that she will become the most powerful wolf. She will lead our packs into a new light, how, I don't know. But, when the time comes, I guess we will find out what all this means."

"Where did you find all of this out?"

"My uncle has a book of the foreseen future, that was written many years ago, centuries even. It is said the alpha will first have a son born 1999, then a daughter who will be born in May 2000. The daughter is to be the mother Luna. She would wear a tattoo, a wolf placed on the lower of her back going up the middle saying 'She took the leap and built her wings on the way down'. She has this tattoo Luka, I've seen it with my own eyes."

I couldn't believe what I was hearing, could this be true? If so, does Selina know about any of this? I know I'm player and all but hearing this has changed a lot of things.

My job now was to find out more, mostly if this was true. It's me and the pack that have to protect her at all costs, especially if she is the reborn mother Luna. That meant one thing, something big is coming. Someone must have known this for many centuries and written the book as a warning to our kind. I have to speak with my father to see if he knows anything about this, and see what we could find out, as this was just too much.
