Chap 15

***Selenas POV***

When I woke up it was 11 o'clock.  Great.  It was pretty late.  It was Saturday and i was thinking about what I was going to do today.  But, then i remembered I had to meet Klaus.  I yawned and stretched my arms and legs.  Then I heard a laugh ring in my ear.  Someone was playing with my hair...?

When I turned my head the great and sexy Damon Salvator was there sitting beside me fully awake, unlike me, smiling down at me twirling my curl in his finger.  I gave him a quick smile, still kinda mad at him.  I got up and was about to go into the bathroom.  But he ran with his vampire speed and stood right in front of me stopping me.

"We need to talk." he said blocking the bathroom door.  Umm good morning to you to!  I'm sick of people being so annoying and cranky, but then again I'm like that too...

I folded my arms across my chest, "Talk about what?" I said innocently.

He raised his eyebrows, "About a lot of things."

I rolled my eyes at him,  "Atleast let me get in the shower and change?" he just stared at me, and i gave in of course, I sighed.  "Then we could talk about whatever you want to talk to me about for as long as you want."

"Promise." he said holding out his pinky.

I couldn't help but smile and i rapped my pinky around his and said, "I promise."

He moved out of the way and opened the door for me.  I went in and shut it behind me.  I took a quick shower and let my hair dry naturally curly.  I put on blue jeans and a light blue loose t shirt with a white tank top underneath.  I put on my black converse and a silver heart necklace.  I was trying to think what i would tell him.  I knew exactly what he was gonna talk about.  Last night, klaus, and of course Katherine.  I walked downstairs and Damon stood by the door with his jacket on and patiently waiting.

I made a face at him, "Umm you could take your jacket off if you want." I told him, but instead he handed me mine. "What are you doing?" i asked confused.

"We are going for a walk." he answered simply.

"To?" I said as I put on my jacket and grabbed my phone.  There was no use arguing with him to stay here.  Besides, I wanted to go out.  Maybe if we were out in public he wouldn't yell at me.

He opened the door and we walked out, "Just a walk." he said casually and calmly.  He was so amazing and cute and funny and sexy.  I hated being mad at him.  But then again its his fault I'm mad at him.  But it's also mine too....ugh whatever!

We walked into the woods and i saw a lake.  We walked along the lake in silence for a while.  I put my hands in my pocket and looked at the water.  I felt the sun shining brightly on us and the lake sparkled.  It was a little windy and I felt my curls blowing behind me.  I also felt his eyes on me, staring at me.  Sometimes I wondered if he ever had vampire cravings to drink my blood.  It didn't bother me though if he did, that was his problem.  But then i blushed at the thought of him staring at me.

I felt kinda weird today.  Not myself.  I felt really cranky and like I was going to explode at any moment now.  I guess that's not really good though cause I am going to talk to Klaus today.  I was freaking out inside and so scared.  If I told Damon I was scared though he would stop me from going.  But anyway, I had to fill the awkward moment and say somthing.

"So what do you wanna talk about?" I asked still not looking at him, just staring at the water.

He sighed, "First," he said holding up a finger in my face, "we need to talk about why you were in the woods last night."
