"W-what... What are you doing?" i whispered.

He just looked at me then ran his hand threw his hair, "Look, this is why I left you. I'm not good Selena. I'm not who you think I am."

I sighed looking away from him. "You need to stop all of this Damon."

He laughed and screamed, "Stop what Selena? Being a vampire?!" i looked at him when he said that and he was right in front of me, "Cause thats what I am!"

I shook my head, "Thats not what I meant."

"Well then what do you mean?!"

"Stop hurting people Damon!!" I yelled, "There was no reason for you to do any of that to Alaric or Carolines dad!"

"Selena I am sick of people always checking up on me!! I can do what I want!" He yelled at me. He was beyond angry and it kinda scared me but i don't think he noticed.

I shook my head, "I'm only telling you this cause I care!"

He didnt say anything.

I looked away from him.

"Your just like them, you underestimate me." he said quietly.

I looked back at him.

"I never said that." I said suprised by his statement.

"But you act it." he said rolling his eyes, "I'm not who you want me to be Selena and I never will be."

"I just want you to be who you are. The Damon I knew. Not...not this!" I said quietly on the verge of tears.

He shook his head.

"Well I guess he's gone." he said walking past me.

I felt a pang in my chest. I felt hurt. Like a part of me was gone.

"Damon wait," I said grabbing his wrist stopping him.

He didnt turn.

"Damon please." I begged quietly not letting go of him.

He quickly turned around and had me pressed against the wall.

My heart beat sped up as i realized how close he was to me.

His arms rested against the wall by the sides of my head.

He searched my eyes shaking his head, "You should be scared of me Selena, I'm a freaking vampire." He practically yelled in my face.

"I'm not scared of you." I said feeling his breathe.

"Yes you are." he breathed.

"No."

"Then prove it." he whispered.

Without even thinking I closed the small gap between us and pressed my lips against his. Electricity shot through me and i think he was suprised.

I felt him lean closer kissing me back hungrily.

I rapped my arms around his neck tangling my fingers in his hair. I felt his arms wrap tightly around my waist pulling me tightly against him.

Butterflies errupted in my stomach as he ran his hands up and down my back. I leaned closer, missing him.

"Selena.." I heard a voice and we both pulled away.

When I looked up I saw Mike.

"Mike..." I said confused, " what are you doing here?"

"I came to find you and i see you kissing him." he said as he pointed in damons direction.

I just looked at him annoyed.

"Who is this?" Damon asked me as he let his arms drop to his sides.

Before I could reply Mike interrupted me, "I'm her boyfriend."

My eyebrows rose, "Umm no your my ex boyfriend!"

He laughed, "Well then why did you kiss me the other day?" I didnt say anything and then he added, "And lets not forget about that gilbert kid you kissed a while ago."

I shook my head at him annoyed, how could he mention all this?!?! Right infront of Damon?!

"You what?" Damon asked.

I turned to him and he showed hurt but mostly anger.

"Damon I can explain," I said quickly reaching for him but he pulled away.

He shook his head, "No...i got enough explanation from that." he said and then turned walking out of the room.

I looked at Mike and went up to him shoving him in the chest screaming, "What the hell is wrong with you?!"

He grabbed my wrists gently stopping me from pushing him, "Selena I just couldnt wait anymore."

I laughed, "You dont have to, i wasnt going to choose you any way."

I pulled away from him and ran after Damon. It was pooring rain out but i didnt care. I ran outside and saw Damon almost near his car.

"Damon wait!" I screamed desparately after him.

He stopped walking but didnt turn around.

Once i was near him i stopped running, "Damon please look at me."

He slowly turned to face me and looked at me with so much hurt.

"I'm sorry Damon just let me explain, please." I begged feeling tears in my eyes.

He looked at me beyond annoyed, "I dont like to be played Selena!"

I shook my head, "I wasnt...i wasnt playing you..."

"Well then explain to me why the hell you were kissing that guy and Jeremy?!?" He yelled.

I sighed, "When i kissed Jeremy thats when you left me, I was mad Damon what do you expect!?"

He just looked at me and I continued, "And when Mike came back i did kiss him and he asked me to be his girlfriend again but-"

"Forget it Selena, just forget everything." he yelled getting in his car and driving away, leaving me standing there in the rain.

When I turned around Mike was there.

I ran up to him pushing him.

"How could you?!?! You ruined everything!!" I screamed at him.

"Selena I didnt do anything...this was all you..." he said and he walked away.

Just when I thought things were getting better...everything falls apart.
