Kai's POV:

December 28, Monday

After eating with Kyungsoo's parents after the ultrasound, I decided to hang out with my buddies. At this time, I need the support of my two best buds. Chen and Chanyeol. I couldn't wait to tell them that I was going to be a father of two instead of one. They'll freak out, the same thing I did.

But first most, I need to tell one other person first. Vernon. He has been very supported of me. So when I told him that finally Kyungsoo's parents knew about us being parents, he told me that he was here for me no matter what happened. Yesterday I told him that me and Kyungsoo where going to see a doctor to see if our babies were healthy, and he told me to tell him how it went so I have the urge to tell him.

I'm currently in the living room, my feet plumped up on the couch while the TV is on. Chanyeol is not home, probably with Baekhyun. I even bet that they're together. Silly Chanyeol. He thinks we don't notice his love for Baekhyun.

"Honey, do you want anything to drink?" My mom tells me.

"No, thanks mom." She smiles,leaving the living room once again.

I grab my phone and start to text Vernon. I haven't message him all day and my fingers are anxious to tell him. I'm so happy that I'm going to have twins that I want to yell to the whole world that I'm going to be a father.

Kai❤️: Guess what? 🤓

Vernon🐵: poke your butt😂

Kai❤️: what? 😶

Vernon🐵: nothing. What is it?

Kai❤️: guess 😋☺️

My fingers can't stop shaking from all the excitement. Is he going to lecture me once he finds out? Or congratulate me? I hope he's like Chen not like Chanyeol. I'm pretty sure Chanyeol is going to lecture me while Chen is going to want to throw a celebration party.

Vernon🐵: tell me. 😡😬

Kai❤️: guess

Vernon🐵: ok, fine. 🤔🤔🤔 you're happy that Taemin is coming. 😆

Kai❤️: I'm having twins 🤗🤗

Vernon🐵: what?? I almost spilled my water over me.

Vernon🐵: holy shit! You're having twins.

Kai❤️: I know right. I'm so excited. I mean I'm going to be a father by the age of seventeen but I'm finally having my perfect little family with Kyungsoo.

Vernon🐵: congrats man. I can't wait
to see your preggo boyfriend the day
after New Years. 😄

I can't wait to see him either. Kyungsoo will love him. Vernon is like me brother so it'll be great for the two of three most important people in my life to meet.

My phone beeps. Chanyeol's name has popped up. I go open it, curious to see what he's going to say or where he is at.

Chanyeol✌️: hey Chen wants to come hang out with us. I'm on my way to the house

Kai❤️: sure. I need to tell you guys something anyways.

Chanyeol✌️: what is it

Kai❤️: I'll tell you when you guys get here

Kai❤️: Vernon I need to go. Call me when you're about to land on Saturday.

I shut my phone off and proceed to my room. I'm so nervous that I feel the urge to clean the whole house. But that'll be weird and disrespectful towards mom. I don't want to make her feel like the house is dirty if I suddenly start cleaning it. And I miss Kyungsoo. I know that the last time I saw him was like three hours ago but I need him.
