"If you don't get your fat ass up you will be late for school." Jamie called into the old wooden room. Jamie was the oldest out of all of us orphans and she was "in charge" of keeping an eye out for everybody. "Uuuuuggghhh" I grumbled softly into my pillow. I got up and saw I was already running 10 minutes late. I rubbed my eyes as I walked to my closet, glad I picked my outfit out the other night. I wore a 5 Seconds of Summer sweatshirt, a pair of black pants and my favorite but worn out black converse. I didn't have time to jump in the shower so I brought my hair back into a fast but acceptable messy bun. I applied some mascara and eyeliner and grabbed my book bag and ran out the door just in time for the bus. I walked onto the bus and walked through the crammed aisle to get to my seat. I was almost in my seat when Bethany Jordan just had to trip me causing me to lose my balance and fall into the seat with nose-picker Jerry Benner. This caused most of the bus to erupt in mad laughter. "Great, just another wonderful day for me." I said sarcastically to myself as I sat in my seat.
"Hey are you alright." I turned around to see a girl with a grey Washington D.C. sweatshirt and her shoulder length hair in a low ponytail. "Yeah. I'm alright." I keep walking toward the school shocked someone talked to me. "Ok. Just making sure. I'm Sammy." The girl, well Sammy I guess, walked with me talking about how ridiculously hard the math homework was last night. " Ughh, I was up trying to finish that homework and I'm still not finished" I said grunting while Sammy started to laugh. "I like math but not math homework." Sammy said and we both started laughing. We walked into the gym and I went to go sit where I usually do in the corner of the bleachers by myself. "Hey come over and sit with us." I seen two girls sitting behind Sammy and one guy. "Umm. Sure." I walked up the bleachers step. I sat down and the whole 5 minutes we sat and just laughed. I think I just made a friend. Her name is Sammy.
