I went to my first period class, gym, like usual and started to walk around the basketball court. I stared at the floor noticing the floor was very dirty. "Hey." A voice spoke behind me. "Hey Sammy. I didn't know you had this class." I spoke as I saw a couple of girls walk up behind Sammy. "Sammy, what are you doing hanging out with this." Sammy's face turned red with I think anger. "She's not a thing she's a person just like you. Why are you being so harsh." The one who said the mean comment let out a huff and walked past me fast running into my shoulder on purpose. Sammy was about to say something but I stopped her telling her it wasn't worth it. "Why did you defend me. We just meet and they are your friends I'm not." I spoke while Sammy gave out a laugh while putting a hand on my shoulder, " Them.... My friends...... Hahaha......" She took a moment to stop laughing. "They are not my friends. The one is my sister that got held back and she says she's "helping" me make the "right" friends. Most of the people she tells me to hang out with are total snobs, jerks and basically her friends. She wants me to be just like her but I'm really not." I let out a sigh and said, "I wish I met you sooner." We both started laughing just talking about how we didn't meet any sooner. Turns out she just moved here a couple weeks ago and she was in all my classes. "Line up for agility's" the gym teacher called out.
