Chapter six

"Kol?" I asked.

"It's me." He said.

I turned and hugged him. I couldn't believe he was actually here. I have really missed him, he was the guy I went to when I was down. I couldn't understand why he waited until now to say hi to me.

"Where you have you been?" I asked.

"I've been places that you don't want to know." He said.

"I am going to leave you guys to it." Angela said walking off.

"Why did you wait until now to talk to me?" I asked.

"Because you can finally see me." He said.

"Wait what?" I asked confused.

"I'm dead."he mumbled.

My reaction was a mixture of sadness and shock. I felt some tear run my cheeks. I couldn't help but wonder when he got killed and who by. I put my hand to my mouth to stop me making the awful noise I make when I cry. He hushed me and gave me a hug.

"I never got to say goodbye." I sniffed.

"I know, I know." He mumbled in my ear.

"When did you die?" I asked.

"Not long ago." He said.

"Oh." I said. He pushed me back from the hug.

"Now go, you need to find Bonnie." He said.

"What about you?" I asked wiping my eyes.

"I will be here to say goodbye to when you put the veil back up." He said.

"Ok." Was all I said and before I knew it he was gone.

I went back to the car and sat Angela was sat in the passenger seat. I got in and started the engine. She looked at me concerned.

"Who was that?" She asked.

"A very good old friend." I said before driving off.

We drove back into town to find there more people around since the veil dropped. I parked the car and we got out. We didn't know where to start looking for her, we didn't even though what she looked like. We went into the mystic grill, we saw Stefan sat at the bar. We went over to him.

"Hiya, I just wondered what did Bonnie look like?" I asked.

"What did you I tell you?" He said.

"I don't know." I answered confused.

"I told you to keep out of sight so your out of mind and you decided to drop the veil." He said.

"Silas?" I asked surprised.

"You will be sorry for doing that." He said and then he was gone.

I looked back at Angela. She looked confused too, I searched around the bar for someone. I ended up bumping to some blond girl and she spilled her drink all over the floor.

"So sorry." I said.

"It's ok, do you know where Stefan?" She asked.

"I actually have no idea." I said.

"It's ok. If you see him tell him Lexi is looking for him." She said before walking off.

Me and Angela split up to find Bonnie. I walked out the grill and walked around the square. It was dark out now. I ended up at the school and I went inside. I searched around for Bonnie or someone to help find her. I walked around not really knowing where I was going. I ended up in the gym. It felt cold. I sat down and got out my phone. I sent Angela a text before I could put it back in my pocket it disappeared in the blink of a eye.
