Chapter thirty

|~Chapter Thirty~|

I was pretty sure my shouting couldn't be heard past the trees closest to me and Hayley. If only I didn't skip our health class when we did first aid. That day I was when me and Jake spent the whole lesson in the parking lot watching videos on his phone. I couldn't believe now that if I had been in that lesson I could help Hayley.

Her breathing wasn't changing; I couldn't tell wether that good or bad. I keep on shouting in hope a vampire may about somewhere. The sun was just about up by now and the air was becoming less damp. I was really struggling to keep my eyes open now but I needed to wait for someone to help Hayley.

I looked down at her and wined. Her gashes were looking better than before. Maybe the baby's blood that helping her? Could she be slowly healing? I closed my eyes and before I knew I had fallen back into sleep.

I got woken up by someone shaking saying my name. The voice I could tell was Hayley's which made me want to open my eyes. As I opened them, I saw that she looked so much better.

"You alright? When I woke up you laying on the floor. I couldn't tell wether you were asleep or you fainted." She was laughing it off as I sat up.

"It was a bit of both actually. I was so tired. I am really hungry, what about you?" I asked her.

"Very. I think that is what made wake up. My rumbling stomach,we should try and find some type of food out here." She suggested as both stood up slowly.

"If we find Elijah, he can help us home. I rather not eat forest food, that still makes my tummy turns when I am this hungry." I smiled.

"Good idea. So what happened after Silas took me and Katherine?" She asked as we began to walk.

"Well, I tried to find you through a tracking spell but the travellers came in and made me pass out, made Klaus turn and then buggered off. They also took Angela before dumping her and me in the forest. They also blocked our magic. Oh to make things worse when we finally met back up and spilt to find you and Katherine, me and Klaus met Katherine's daughter. What about you?" I explained in hoping she would understand.

"That kind of makes sense. Well when he took us, he knocked us both out and took to this dark cave which maze of tunnels. It was weird. When I woke up he was stood by the end of the area, he told us he couldn't get in. However he managed to get hold of Katherine and he drank her blood. I am being honest now, I don't know if she is dead or alive but I have a feeling that she is still alive. He then collapsed himself. Next thing I remember was him coming and slashing my arms. He told I had to run or he will kill me so I ran and that's when you found me." She told me.

"As long as you alright? I hope to god Katherine is alright." I asked her.

"Oh I am fine now, just hungry that's all. Where is everyone, I am surprised that Klaus didn't come after you." She commented.

"What do you mean?" I asked as I stopped walking.

"Well you know...you two are always after each other. You are always there for each other, it's nice to see that Klaus has human in him." She said as I carried on walking.

"Well I highly doubt that, remember back in his room where he keeps his art and he strangled me. A real human, I think not." I laughed.

Next thing I knew, I was longer in the forest. I was in a castle, a dark castle with the only light around was candle light. Klaus was stood next to me, he had long hair and was wearing unfamiliar clothes. Myself was wearing unfamiliar clothes too. A king or a duke was front of us who scolding at us. I remember this moment, I am going to die. All of sudden a Knight jumped out at Klaus and I. I kicked him back and stabbed him with my dagger which I had hidden underneath my dress. Just before I could take another strike another knight stabbed with a dagger from behind and through the heart. I was choking on my own blood as I slowly bled.
