Chapter twenty nine

|~Chapter Twenty Nine~|

Rebekah was above me with her fangs visible. Once she realised it was me, she pulled away and moved. She looked down my leg and automatically looked away.

"What happened?" She asked.

"I fell from the top of that hill." I pointed up towards the hill I had just fallen down.

"Oh, here have my blood." She bit her wrist and gestured it to me. I suck it until I saw my leg heal. "We need to get going. They made Klaus turn, so I am at huge risk. So is Elijah, we need to find him."

"Ok then, we can go find a cave and hide in there." We both got up and I brushed myself off. We heard a shout in the distance. We walked towards the darkest part of the woods.

We couldn't see very well and I nearly kept on tripping over. Rebekah luckily kept a hold of my shoulder. We eventually found a cave and we stepped inside. Grabbing the lighter out of my pocket, I flick for a tiny light to help us.

"That is worse than nothing. That is beyond useless to us." Rebekah moaned sitting down.

"Oh stop moaning, at least you're safe from Klaus." I snapped.

"Ladies, please this is not the time." Elijah made me jump and I dropped the lighter. He flicked on a touch which made everything visible and made me want to shut my eyes. He held a touch and some clothes.

"The clothes for Klaus?" I asked pointing at them.

"Yes I grabbed before I left the house, Kol stayed at the house incase the travellers tried to get in. Rebekah ran off as soon as they took you away and made Klaus turn. By the way if you are confused about the clothes. Kol threatened them to put you in warmer clothing, which they did. Angela wasn't in her room when I check just before I left. I think-" He was saying.

"I saw her she is in the woods somewhere."I cut off.

A howl made us all move back. Elijah turned off the torch and we stood in silence. We heard the leaves being rustled outside. A cough made us all relaxed as I could tell from us exhaling in unison. Elijah flicked the light on and confused Angela hid from the light like a bat. I ran up and hugged her.

"Thank god, I was starting to worry." I whispered.

"Are you okay? You took that fall pretty bad." She asked me breaking from the hug.

"Yes I am fine. Rebekah fixed me up." I smiled. "What should we do now?"

"Wait, it can only be so long before Klaus will become human again so we will just have to wait. You girls can rest, you are still human and must be exhausted."Elijah said.

We both walked over behind him and laid down. I took off my jacket and made as a pillow. To be honest, I was beat and I didn't mind falling asleep whilst they watched out.

I woke up by the someone kicking me. As I slowly opened my eyes, I saw Klaus.

"Klaus?" I asked shocked.

"Jane, get up now. Sleep is for the pretty love." He said looking down at me.

"Just what I like to hear in the morning, that I am ugly." I grabbed my jacket and stood up. Angela was sat on a part of the cave next to Rebekah.

"Well someone had to say it." He smirked me. I smacked him and walked on towards Angela and Rebekah.

"Good morning." Angela beamed, she was happy to say she had just slept on the floor.
