"If you value your continued existence, run," Teanna ordered, scooping up her bag, and pulling the man to the exit before racing to the door.

I never realized what was happening around me until it was pointed out, pointed out quite rudely if I was asked. Which I wasn't.

"...And I just realized that the coffee had poison in it."

"Tardis"

"What does it do?"

"She. She travels through time and space. It's in the name."

"Acronym, you mean it's in the acronym."

"Head of the Department of Car Defense."

Downing Street.

It was then Tea knew that 10 Downing Street was definitely not the wonderful place that she assumed, as the alien lunged right for her.

---

The green blob's talons wrapped around Tea's neck, slamming her against the wall in the process. Black spots began to swim across her vision, and her lungs feebly grasped for breath.

Amidst the confusion the sound of an angry growl was lost and the lightning quick bullet of fur was only noticed, at first, by the creature which it made its target.

The alien hissed in pain as Peck scratched at her eye, throwing Tea against the far wall to make room in her talons for ridding herself of the troublesome creature. Soon the bundle of fur followed its master.

The alien hissed in annoyance, stalking towards the human, now having a personal agenda against her. But the tall, skinny, dark haired man moved between the two.

The mucus looking blob hissed at him, "The humans want to die," a sickly grin spread across her face, "So the they shall."

Now, the alien pinned him against the wall, the only thing the man could do was claw weakly at the deadly talons that waited for him to collapse.

Teanna was struggling to get to her feet, reaching across to the tiny animal that saved her life, before seeing the man that was taking her place.

"No," she croaked out, her breathing coming in ragged gasps.

She began to move over the table in the middle of the room, hand reaching out in an attempt to stop the monster.

A force pushed her back, electricity erupting form the alien's body, screaming in pain, the blob dropped the man it had been holding captive into a heap on the floor.

Tea felt hands try to drag her away but she payed them no heed, stumbling over to the body. Teanna collapsed beside him. "Sorry, I'm so sorry," she whispered to him, eyes filling with tears. Her hand hovering over him for a moment before settling on grasping onto his own.

He smiled weakly, "Indra Ganesh."

They both knew what he meant. He gasped, breath caught in his throat before his heart still, and he breathed he last breath. His hand went limp.

Teanna paused, staring at the lifeless body for a moment before turning away. Ever so carefully, she put Peck on his perch in her bag, and skid it on her back. Wiping her eyes and glancing behind her at the monster writhing in pain and the man at it's feet, she went to go find Rose and Harriet. They had been quick to run after Indra had fallen, but Tea couldn't find it in herself to blame them.

As it would turn out, they weren't that hard to find. Rounding a corner, she saw the duo ducking into a doorway. Tea soon followed them through, the crashing of the waking alien caught her to skip a step.
