Als Tyler Kept driving I Pulled out my phone so I could call Darius. "Did something happen, are you okay, what's wrong!" He practicly yelled through the phone. "Calm down! We're all okay, I just have a question!" "Okay uh..ask away I guess." "Can an eques mortius predict things too?" "Not as far as I know, why?" "Well Daisy was sleeping when she woke up and yelled for Tyler to open his window, as he did that a letter came flying in, it had a poem about love on it." "So you're saying Daisy predicted this?!" "That's exactly what i'm saying!" "Well to be honest i've never worked with an eques mortius before so this is completely new to me." "Isn't there anything you know?" "I'm sorry but I really can't think of anything, i'm pretty sure someone at the institute will know though." "Let's hope so." I sighed and hung up.

Tyler stopped his car in front of an big open field and got out. "What are you doing?" I asked as I got out as well. "My gps says it is here!" "Well i'm pretty sure there's nothing here!" I said looking around. "Alex." Daisy said making me turn around to face her. "Yes?" I asked as she just looked at me. "Someone's coming." She said almost whispering. I quickly turned back around only to see a women around her 40 with brown wavy hair to her shoulders and a long green dress walk towards us. She seemed to be smiling as she directly approached me. "It's so nice to see you again Alex." She said as she Pulled me in a hug. I awkwardly sort of hugged her back trying not to get to uncomfortable. "I don't know if this rings a bell but my name is Arises." "I'm sorry I don't remember you." I said feeling slightly sorry. "That's okay, I didn't expect you to, I see you've brought Tyler with you." She said smiling at him. "Good afternoon miss." He said as he gave her a polite nod. "And who is this?" Arises asked as she Walked past me to Daisy. "My name is Daisy." She said as she held out her hand to shake that of Arises but as Arises was about to do that she darted back looking shocked. "No way." She gasped. "You're an eques mortius." She said of suprise. Daisy herself was also shocked but then from Arises reaction, she just..stood there, silent. "Excuse me, but I haven't seen any of your kind for a good while." She said straightening up. "Come on, let's get you guys settled."

We stopped in the middle of the field as Arises spoke some foreighn language and a big house rose from the ground. I immiately turned around to see if anybody else saw this but they all just kept walking. "Don't worry, mundane's can't see us." Arises said almost as if she could read my mind. "Come on come on." She said as she opened the big wooden door of the big stone building to let us in. "You have come on an unfortionat time." She said as she closed the door behind us. "The institute is a very quiet place these days." "Why's that?" "Well...." She started as she turned around. "You know what, we'll talk about that later." She said as she turned back around and started walking towards a door that led into a big study. The place was filled with books and globes of all different looking worlds. "Sit down." She said pointing to the big couch in the centre. The three of us did as she said and sat down.

"Well i'll explain a bit about this place I guess." She said as she sat down across from us. "The institute was once THE home for shadowhunter's, we took care of other supernatural that were in need of help or just extremely sick, sadly ever since.....your mother has left." She said turning to me. "Things changed, we lost power and the downworld took advantage of that, that's also what we Hunt, downworlders like demons. They destroyed most of us only leaving a few to pick up the pieces. Most of us, that are left, are spread all accross the country. Only me, Jacob, Quincy are left here. Obviously we still have our cook Sandra and our maid Ferrel but....that's about it." "Who are Jacob and Quincy?" Tyler asked. "Shadowhunter's, parentless shadowhunter's to be exact, Alex's mother took them in when they were just baby's they grew up here, it all happened in front of there eyes. But enough about us, why are you here?" "We have a slight problem, after killing my...the alpha, and saving Bella and her pack a lot of weird things have been happening. First a hippogriff gave me a death poem, then a centaur tried to warn me but later got killed by hunters, then I had a dream about death, we also found out that Daisy is an eques mortius that predict deaths of supernatural's killed by supernaturals but now we think she can also predict things as she new a letter about love would fly threw our window on our way here!" As I finished talking I had to take a few deep breaths. "Well let's first solve Daisy's mystery then!" Arises said as she got up and grabbed a big old looking book before sitting back down and started to read it. "The black horse can predict death, prevent death, predict certain things that are about to happen and when trained turn into a horse at own will, when willingly turned into a horse the eques mortius will be able to fly, smell and see. The smelling alows the eques mortius to find dead corpses and the sight alows it to see it's enimy's come from Miles away." She stopped reading and looked up at Daisy before turning back to the book. "Besides that Fire can kill the horse form of the eques mortius and heavily damage the human form, when saving to many life's the eques mortius itself will die. When stepping foot onto the downworlders ground in both forms it will burn to death and when it looks straight into a demons eye in the horse form it will become a horse forever serving the demon world and allowing it to go on demons ground." She stopped for a second time and lookedback up at Daisy, who seemed petrified. "You are very special Daisy, there aren't many of you left and I think you can really help your friends." "How about the poems?" Tyler asked rather impatient. "Warlocks have been keeping an eye on you and your friends Alex, and so have other creatures. THEY have been sending you warnings through physical things, the death dream however is done by who is feared most. His name is Slanther, he's the most feared of all and many are unsure of what exactly he is but as far as we know Slanther used to a mundane interested in dark Magic. After succesfully using spells on himself he joined the dark undeworld and was the first ever mundane to fully see the supernatural and downworld with his own two eyes, something your Ben will have a hard time learning, unless he let's inject something but that is not relevant. He soon became very populair but also very strong and dangerous, and you Alex, have something he wants!
