Chapter 42

"Immortality is a gift! Just join us Alexis, you don't have to die, i can give you that gift! I can give you and endless life. Be my daughter! Be my little devil. Just kill them, kill the worthless people around you! Come to me. Come to me. COME TO ME!"

"GOOO AWAAAAAAAY!" I yelled as my eyes shot open, I shot up straight letting my sweating body pant as I crawled out my bed and struggling to get to the light switch, when I found it I pushed it down but my light didn't go on. "No no no no no no no no no!" I mumbled louder and louder. "Fack fack fack!" I cursed as I tried it again but it still didn't work. "Okay, Alex, door!" I mumbled to myself wanting to get out of this room. I managed to make my way to the door in dark before hestitently opening it. The hallways too were dark as hell. "Don't be scared." I mumbled to myself laying both hands on the wall starting to walk to wherever. Everywhere around me I heard little peeps and cracks making me jump everytime. "Please just turn on the light." I whimpered as I slowly sat myself down on the ground. "It's okay Alex, nobody will kill you." I whispered to myself desperately trying to look around.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!"

I screamed as I felt something fall over me. "Jeez Alex!" Someone cursed as I quickly stood up. "DON'T HURT ME!" I yelled stepping away from thestranger. "It's okay, it's me." He said grabbing my hand. Out of his other hand appeared a little light lighting his face up. It was Quincy. "Come on, you're freezing." He said as he Pulled me with him into a room. "What were you doing in the Hallway?" He asked as I sat down on his soft bed. His room was neat with a lot of books and paintings, it looked quite nice. "I-i-i Needed air." I stuttered. "Why?" "Just..got warm." "I heard you scream you know." He said sitting down next to me. "It was just a dream." I murmered under my Breath. "I know Tyler went to Arises for help because of you, if you..." "I don't want to see Arises right now." I said cutting him off. "Okay well then at least tell me." "What if I don't want too?" "Then you'll have to tell Jacob, and he's kinda really rude." "No shit!" I mumbled. "So? What is it?" "Fine okay! I just had.....there was this voice in my head, like a very deep husky one. It said things like, come to me I will not kill you you will be immortal and then it kept repeating come to me come to me com eto me and it kept getting louder and louder, that's when I woke up and...you know." "He's getting in your head." "I know, it's scary." "I can believe that!" "What can I do about it?" "I honestly don't know, I mean you could ask Darius if you don't want to see Arises." "He's busy with Bella." I sighed. "Is it okay for me to say something?" "Sure." "It seems like everybody is getting a long really well I mean Daisy and Ally are like best friends, Devan, Patrick, Wes and Tyler are getting really close. Dana Lilly and Willow are too and you are....." "Keeping distance." I said finishing his sentence. "Why?" "I can't undo the relationship I already have, but I can prevent having more. If I DO die I don't want to hurt that many people." "But Alex, in order to beat him you have to have a team!" "And teams don't work without relationships." I mumbled knowing which way he was going to go. "Look i don't want to push you into anything but just think aboutit." "I will."

The next morning I gathered everybody in the study. And with everybody I mean everybody! Daisy, Ally, Willow, Dana, Lilly, Patrick, Wes, Devan, Tyler, Ben, Darius, Bella, Arises, Jacob, Quincy, even Raven was there! "I got you guys all here for one reason." I started as I came to stand in between Daisy and Ally who both looked at me with a smile. "I know these past months have been very, extremely, annoyingly weird and scary! And we all know it's time to end that! We also all know we don't get to decide when that happens but it's going to happen! And we have help from the outside supernaturals! But that won't be enough! I've said it before to a few people but i'm going to say it again to all of you!" I took one last deep Breath before continuing. "When he comes we'll have to fight! We'll have to fight him and his army! We'll have to fight for our own freedom! We'll have to fight for the freedom of the whole supernatural world! But we will also be fighting for each other! First we fight to keep every single soul in this room alive! Slanther come's second! We ARE more important then him! He won't like that! But it's what makes us STRONG!" As I finished everybody bursted out in chearing and yelling all clapping and laying there hands on each other's shoulders. "HERE'S TO OUR NEW LEADER!" Arises yelled nodding towards me. I nodded back as I Walked over to her.

As everybody kept talking I turned to Arises to talk to her. "You were right." She said before I could say anything. "He will come for us no matter what." She finished. "He won't stand a chance!" I said forcing a smile on my face. "Let's just say he won't get to kill you before everyone else is dead!" Ben yelled laying both his hands on my shoulder. "I think you should go flirt with your soon to be boyfriend." I jokingly whispered in his ear making him smirk. "Maybe I will do that!" He whispered back. I turned back to Arises who'm now looked rather confused. "Anyways." She said. "I think we won't be able to be more ready." She smiled.
