We were back in the study this time with Devan, Ben and Darius there too. I had called them to come after what Jacob had said. "YOU KNEW!" I spat at Darius who was sitting accross from me. "That's why Raven wanted to protect you." He answerd calmly. "Well then.., how exactly are we going to stop this when bassicly everybody is wanting to kill Alex." Ben said stating the obvious. "The mundane has a point." Jacob said as he entered to room followed by Quincy and Arises. "Am I by the way the only one who finds it weird this dude is able to see, well everything really." "Your friend over here injected my eyeballs with some shit that made them bleed for an hour but now I can see everything very well so...!" Ben half yelled annoyed. "Are we going to that to every mundane now?" Jacob said sounding very annoyed himself aswell. "He's part of her pack Jacob." Arises said as she sat down. "And about the whole death thing, not everybody wants you dead Alex, in fact most supernatural's and downworlders want to you to take the Role of your mother." "Why?" "Like we said, before your mother went...., les then okay, se was an awesome leader. I think everybody hopes you'll do the same!" "But then who wants her dead?" Devan asked looking at me. "You remember me telling you about Slanther, right Alex?" "Yea I remember." "Well like I said, he is obsessed with power and i'm almost certain he is the one behind all of this, when he get's your power he can enlargen his downworld army. And god knows how many problems that will cause." "So all we have to do is a kill him." Daisy asked rather confused. "Simply said yes, but he has a lot of people behind him that will have to be dodged first, and when we do actually find him it's the question if we can beat him, right now we are by far strong enough." "Bella." I mumbled under my Breath. "What?" Quincy asked not hearing me. "I killed my mother for Bella, she was convinced werepanthers had to die and when they crossed Paths things went down Hill fast. I haven't seen them since but they can help!" "Alex is right, they're strong, every bit of help is Needed." Darius said nodding. "I'll see if I can find them, but even if we do find them and they wanna help we are still outnumbered. And Alex, you have to get into hard training! Being the upper alpha asks slot of strength and willpower!" "Yea about that! I'm not sure if..." "You don't have a choice!" Arises said quickly cutting me off.
Ferrel had shown me the way to my room where I would be staying tonight. Everything was from wood only the walls in this room were a dark red color. I sat down on the soft bed and let my head fall back leaving me to stare at the ceiling. It was only now that it started to sink in that I was going to be having to play an important Role in the supernatural world. I wasn't quite sure what it meant to be upper alpha, I guess maybe just that I can punish pack's that disobey or something like that. Funny thing is that my pack is technically not even a pack. It made me think of the time before I knew Ben and Devan, Tyler was out to get his own pack and I was scared he would leave me. And right now? Right now there isn't a wolf in the whole of this country that could possibly leave me! I can see how that drove my mum crazy, you won't only be applaud for the things that go well, you'll also be hated for the mistakes you make! There isn't a way out either, unless you want to die. It made me reconsider if I ever wanted children, is it even fair to put such a young thing through all that stress. I mean they'd have to follow me up, but then again if I die and there's no other family of me left the downworld will take over!
You have no idea how much i just want to be a normal teen right now!

My eyes shot open at the sound of a loud bang that night. Only i realised i had fallen asleep in my clothing. I quickly got up and stumbled my way to the light switch, i had to blink a few times before i got used to the light and was able to put my ear against the door. All i could hear were low mumbling voices, but for some reason i couldn't understand what they were saying. I softly layed my hand on the doorknob trying to quietly open it but that miserabely failed as the door swung open out of no where. I let out a scream as i fell to the ground before looking up to see Arises and Raven bend over me. "Sorry." I mumbled getting up. "That's okay, we might need you for this one." "Arises do you really think she can....?" "We can try, come on you, we have to show you something." I nodded and followed them outside, suprisingly enough it wasn't extremely dark making me be able to see something.
"Do you happen to know if Daisy ever turned on free will?" She asked turning around. "No not as far as i know." "Well turn around then." I did as she said only to see a black horse galloping our way. It was actually quite scary as the horse was very thin and bony. It stopped right in front of me putting her nose against my cheeck. "Mount her." Raven ordered. "But i can't ride..." "Just mount her!" He said right before he lost patiente and lifted me on the horse. "No remember,it will go when you tell it too, and she's still Daisy so don't be to rough!" I just nodded as i grabbed onto the mane. "Well i gues we'll go then." I said as right at that she started cantering back to where she had come from.
